I definitely really like there products & it ships right away, but the packaging could be done better. This time & the last time I shopped with OLOFLY, I ordered 3 nectar collectors & both times, one of them were broken.

They never have anything in stock, they ship rotten cartridges past their expiration date, they change your order without letting you know because THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK
Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. This place just drop ships from its suppliers, they don't actually have any product on hand so they have no idea what they have and/or what's expired

Had a problem with 2 of my 4 vapes I received and emailed them. Got a store credit no problem and even asked for ideas of replacement. Placed new order and received replacements that same week! Excellent service!!!

Neglect
They have a copy of my ID, and they keep asking for it.
They give you a place to put notes. When you leave a pertinent note they don't even read it. Such as, telling them to fill the order with alternate flavors if they run out of the flavor item I'm ordering, then, still send me an email asking what I want to do about it. This puts my order even further behind schedule being delivered to me.
Also, getting boxes of orders busted open because they don't use enough tape.
That's neglect of care or discretion.
