The designs are traditional, with a contemporary touch achieved through the colors featured in the pieces. I’m looking forward to receiving my first order.

Amazing quality clothing, and not what you would find on the high street. The collaborations are great value as are there day to day range. Free delivery on orders over a certain threshold is a great bonus also, even the packaging is quality. Sometimes you may also get a free gift.

I bought several pieces from Octobre in June 2024. I washed them at 30°C on a gentle cycle and wore the summer items about once a week. After two years, the Holt Shirt and Tiber Short have holes and fraying. I expected much more from a brand that sells itself on quality.

I contacted Octobre about it.

As with most brands the men’s t-shirts have as much structure as a £1 gown from a hospital vending machine. The necklines are the ‘fits anyone but looks awful on everyone’ low-cost construction type. Try adding a real double-ribbed elastic neck and size options for t-shirt length. Shorter lengths sell out instantly for brands who stock them.

Same for untucked shirts… okay for a broad 6ft3 model, turns into a long summer dress for guys who are 5ft10 to 6ft.

I quite like the clothes but:
- delivery time was ridiculous - 10 days!
- I returned some items and 6 weeks later I am still waiting for refund

This would put me off ordering from them again

I’m really happy with the quality of the clothes from Octobre Éditions. The pieces feel well made, stylish and modern, while still being timeless and easy to wear.

A special mention also has to go to their customer service. They are always professional, helpful and genuinely make an effort to resolve any issues. Even when a problem comes up, they do their best to find a positive outcome, which makes the overall experience even better.

Overall, a great brand with quality clothing and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

I love the brand and clothing style,and have ordered multiple pieces but will no anymore because of the quality. Small stains are not possible to wash out and persist (for example from normal sweat), items can shrink, t-shirt quality is very poor, etc. In a nutshell: great branding, nice items but you can only wear them limited times because quality is subpar, especially for the price.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of accountability from this company. I returned a full package of items via DHL. Despite escalating this issue multiple times, customer service refuses to assist me and insists I pay for an order I already returned. This is unacceptable, and I warn others to avoid shopping here—if something goes wrong, you will be left with no support. I expect immediate action on my case.

***updated as refund paid after chasing customer service*** Extremely slow return process as I was told it takes 15 working days. Clearly a lack of investment in operations or cash flow issues. Quality of items also questionable and not in line with the premium pricing

2 of the items I ordered fitted nicely so I decided to keep them. But after only 1 wash they shrunk a lot, despite adhering strictley to the washing instructions. Because of this the items fit way too short and are not wearable for me. I emailed customer service multiple times about this and how we can solve it, but even after more than 1 week, they gave no reply. The clothing looks nice, but apparently the quality is subpar if it shrinks that much after washing it once. I would suggest to avoid this company at all costs.

First purchase was a sweater that literally everywhere I go someone compliments

Wife ordered a £300 lamp and a £90 lampshade. Lamp arrived with a crack in the top. Not possible to send it back for a refund as this colour is out of stock. We were only offered a £30 refund to keep it which we think is insulting to be honest. Expected far better customer service from this company. Avoid if you expect them to resolve any issues in a fair way.

Ordered online, nothing delivered for over 10 days. When its ready to be collected it's the wrong order... Poor quality customer service, meaningless gestures offered and a real disappointment all round. Really have let themselves down here.

I bought a jumper from October for my husband and just after a month of wearing the seam has become undone. I texted them twice without a reply. I am very disappointed with the poor quality.
