Outpeak Academy Reviews 

I’ve been working as a ski instructor with Outpeak in Sierra Nevada, Spain, for three seasons now. After I graduated school I knew that I wanted to do a ski season but had no idea how to make it happen, then I found Outpeak. I hadn’t even thought about doing a ski season in Spain before I saw it on Outpeak’s website, and since I also wanted to improve my Spanish that felt like an obvious choice!

I recommend everyone to go on a ski season and to make the process easier I definitely recommend going with Outpeak! I’ve made friends for life and experienced wonderful moments that I will be forever grateful for!

Organizationally things could have been a bit better. Problems with the house took ages to fix and we were promised a telemark course that never came to be. Nonetheless, I think that Outpeak is worth it. Having to manage everything yourself (housing, certification, job, paperwork) is really hard and I not having to do these kind of things is what you pay for basically. But I think that Outpeak is also really good in the social side of things. You are guided by other people that have done skiing seasons before and you immediately meat new friends that can also help you with practical things through their connections. I went to Sierra Nevada and there is one other organization there that offers the same kind of things like Outpeak, but they guided way less on the social side of things and they were more expensive too. Like I said, not everything is perfect and the details of fixing broken heaters, leaking sinks and installing wifi were sometimes neglected a bit. But if you want to go on a skiing season you have to be in for a bit of chaos and adventure. That is a core part of the experience and none of the issues I mentioned got bad enough for me to not recommend Outpeak. I was really doubting between 3 and 4 stars here, but went with 3 to give Ludvig some incentive to fix some of this stuff ;). But by all means use this written review over a simple score by stars

My experience with Outpeak was incredible. All the participants felt like family, and the mentors were both teachers and friends. My skiing skills improved loads, and I didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics of equipment, housing, or transportation. I loved getting out of my comfort zone and appreciated having fun events planned :) Outpeak is fantastic-reliable, high quality, and an absolute blast. I would recommend to anyone considering!

Amazing ski season in Kaprun Austria. Outpeak team was amazing on location och during the training. Sooo much fun to train, work and ski. Just go! ⛷️
