Recurring charges on my card and the inability to cancel my subscription myself, you have to get in touch with a non responsive chat for it to be done and guess what there isn't any customer service representative at all. so I have to tell my bank to chargeback whatever was taken and also change my card

Our experience with Outfame was extremely disappointing. We signed up for what was presented as a trial and selected the monthly plan. However, there was no clear or functional way to cancel the trial before being charged.

After the trial, Outfame charged us for the first month under the monthly plan we had selected. We thought, “No big deal—we will just cancel.” However, when we requested cancellation, they charged us again—this time for an entire year—even though we never selected an annual plan.

Beyond the billing problems, the program itself did not work as advertised or provide the promised value. We have disputed the annual charge with our credit card company.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Outfame. Anyone considering the service should be extremely careful about its trial, cancellation process, and billing practices.

Do not use this website. It’s a complete and total scam. The second they have your card details they will try and make random charges of $300+ USD with 0 explanation whatsoever. I stopped using this website months ago and had cancelled my free trail. Then out of no where I received an attempted $369 USD charge. Luckily I had no money on that card at the time so I avoided tragedy. This company is just a scam farm trying to get card info so they can steal money. DO NOT USE, DO NOT ENTER ANY DETAILS.

Scam. No help, no customer service, no way to cancel account.

Do NOT use this service. I subscribed expecting real Instagram growth and got absolutely nothing. I paid $69 with a promise of over 2,000 new followers — I received fewer than 100. That alone is fraud.

When I tried to cancel, the nightmare began. The live chat permanently displays "the team will be back soon" — they never come back. It is completely fake. Phone calls are impossible to get through. There is no real way to contact anyone from their team. They make cancellation deliberately difficult so they can keep charging you.

This is not a legitimate business. It is a trap designed to take your money and make it impossible to get it back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and reporting this company to consumer protection authorities.
Avoid at all costs.

Outfame is a scam , grow instagram followers scam they make it so you can’t cancel and they take your bank info and you can’t communicate with them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT USE!! They charged my card $299, 3 months after I cancelled! They also charged me $89 the month after I cancelled which they never refunded me for. Absolute scam company do not use.

This is a SPAM SPAM SPAM : Cheaters they charged my card during my trial period last YEAR. Then I asked for refund they said they did it. its my bank not receiving the money , tried multiple times they did not reply anymore and said they refunded. this year I had another 289 CHF charge again from this scammers . Never click the site. I reported to the Swiss police. hopefully this site will be blocked in my country

I paid $49 and the whole first month was gathering data. It was stuck at 90% the last 15 days of the month. I got nothing for my money.. Don't waste your money.

You can’t cancel this service, you can’t contact anyone and their phone number doesn’t work. I had to ask my bank to block them and issue a refund.

I wanted to test a month of growth. They charged me for 12 months. I informed them and they corrected it and refunded my money. But then they charged me again for another year! Over $450 AUD and refuse to respond to me again.
I’m not sure what else to do but it seems very dodgy.
Please do not bother, I feel like an absolute idiot being scammed by these people.
Not to mention, the month of growth was all fake profiles that ended up unfollowing.
Really not worth it.

I loved this service, but then. I suddenly got charged $199 usd for a monthly charge. This is 281.92 Canadian funds gone from my account. No chat support, not email support, no working phone support lines (they both disconnect) This is a scam site and you should steer clear,

extremely hard to get in contact with them as you can see on their website. basically sells bot followers and charged my months after i cancelled my subscription. BEWARE of doing business with them.

It's a total scam, everyone please stay away.

Bought the service for two accounts,
- First day exactly the same 15 followers were on my both totally different niche accounts. The followers followed 3000 people, were followed by almost none. They are bots or low profile followers.
- Then entered totally different categories hashtags and then again the same bot-like followers were added on both accounts.
- Also the dashboard that engages with other accounts is fake. It doesn't actually post anything on other accounts. AI isn't learning anything.
- The followers who grew successfully like alexakim11 (Alexa Kim) or @aavamiller_ do not exist on IG. I could not find any of the users of outfame.com. Some accounts exists but the people look totally different with few followers.
- Helpdesk doesn't answer after 3 days, phone line is dead

Do not get this service , they are fraudulent and they don’t grow your account instead you get more drops on account then growth . No customer service either . Worst service I’ve experienced to date

Completely ignored and forgotten about. NO customer service and no response. FYI these positive comments are bots.

Do not take services from them they tried to randomly take more than 1700$ from my account. Such fraudsters and it's not like. I received any service

Paid for after trial. Software did not upgrade- have tried to contact in chat and online for 2 weeks with zero responses. Now doing charge back and reviews to warn everyone. DO NOT PAY THEM. I have videos and screenshot showing zero responses as well.

This is a total scam. They advertised $59/month but charged me $299 on the next payment. I asked them to cancel my subscription, they cancelled it. They promised a refund, then stopped responding for days, and I still haven't received my money. I didn't not enjoy it or use the service for that month and my money was never refunded.

If you've been affected, please report their website to Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

What a massive load of SCAM. They put you on a trial, but what it does is for the entire trial is to show you a fake dashboard of an "AI" analysing how to give you "new followers". After the trial is done, they charge your card and say "your AI targeting is ready for you" and "you could get 3849 followers per month.
But the entire point of a Trial is to see if it works before you buy, not for some fake script to run and "analyze" just to bill you in the end.
Their way to cancel is also questionable. If you click cancel subscription it looks like it goes thru, but it still has this countdown to when you have to pay _a full year_. I had to cancel the credit card for this to not be paid. They also have 0 customer service, not even a bot answering. 0. These are for sure big time scammers.
