One month later still no package recieved and no money back
#Update: after this rating, my money was returned.#
One month is gone since I ordered here. They give me a tracking number for the delivery, but the package there is missing now. I do not recieve my money back and have no feedback where my order is. Seems like a scam here or maybe it is just an customer unfriendly behavior. However I will never buy here again and recommend you all to pay after recievieg your order if you want to order here s.th.

We have contacted PostNL multiple times and initiated an official investigation, but unfortunately, we have not yet received a definitive response. To avoid further delays, we have refunded the full purchase amount to you today.
We apologise for the inconvenience. This is absolutely not the experience we want to offer our customers. Should PostNL find the package after all, we will of course contact you first.
