Click and collect product was in a damp box and was not in a saleable condition. Manager insisted it was checked and it would be fine. When we got home we opened it and checked it and discovered the box was damp. The salt had melted around the base. It should not have been sold. I note that it's gas been out back on sale in the branch as per click collect website.

This store is horrible. I didnt receive my refund back. When I went to Nutgrove the manager was almost blaming me & said they cant do much, might send an email.
How you can not take responsibility for your own refund? Very disappointed avoid them.

Just got my package earlier today. It was really well packaged. They are great with the packaging especially because some vitamins I ordered were glass which need extra care. A quick delivery with An Post. Thank you very much.

It's best to refrain from engaging with this company. I experienced subpar service when I was late for an appointment, and the nutritionist suggested I find another team member. Additionally, they tried to charge a $75.00 fee to my credit card for missing the appointment that the nutritionist cancelled.
