The North Port Florida bakery has the best customer service and exceptional cakes! I highly recommend this bakery! The staff were so nice and helpful! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special!

The customer service was exceptional and the flavor was delicious. We got the lemon and light drizzle frosting. It was for a birthday group of six. It was light, moist and just the right amount of lemon.

Used to love the nothing Bundt cakes location in warrington. However today, when I went to get my free birthday bundlet plus an additional item the person on duty on 10/14/26 at 2:30Pm was so unpleasant and abrupt that I would walk out before I would buy again if he were behind the counter. Miserable. Some remedial customer service training is in order.

My wife ordered a cake online from the West Lafayette Nothing Bundt Cakes as a surprise for my first day at a new job. She scheduled the delivery for a specific time and included a lovely personal note. Unfortunately, the cake was never delivered and was returned to the store.

When my wife went to ask what happened, she was told that delivery was not their responsibility because they use a third-party service. However, we ordered and paid Nothing Bundt Cakes directly, including the delivery fee. From a customer’s perspective, the delivery service they choose is still part of the service they sell.

My wife asked to speak with a manager but was told no manager was available. We returned again to resolve the issue, and once again there was no manager. When I said I wanted to wait and speak with one, the employee repeatedly insisted that we leave instead of helping us find a solution.

I cannot comment on the quality of their cakes because, despite paying for one, we never got to try it.

What I can say is that if you are planning a surprise or special occasion using scheduled delivery from this location, be cautious. A failed delivery can mean more than just missing a cake—the special moment itself may be lost. In our case, what should have been a happy surprise became a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Mistakes happen. What was most disappointing was the lack of responsibility and effort to make things right.

Stopped into Nothing Bundt Cakes on 2650 Jamacha Rd. in RSD to buy a GF Lemon/Raspberry bundt cake. WOW is it good! I was expecting Lemon gooey sauce and some fruit on the bottom but no, it's a Lemon Cake with some subtle Raspberries on the bottom. Excellent is the word for this bundt cake. I have tried the chocolate chip and it's a little too sweet for me but they have quite a selection. The seem to be open 7 days/week 10a-5p. Friendly people, wonderful experience - you can buy a large or very small bundt cake. Prices are also very reasonable. Check it out!

I called on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in Reno, Nevada, to place a delivery order, just as I successfully did last year around this time. I was told over the phone that they no longer handle deliveries directly, but that I could select Uber or DoorDash if I ordered online. I went to their website, ordered three different items, and paid. Only at the very end did the system inform me that these services do not even deliver to my area.
I decided to just pick it up myself on the following Thursday, August 14. My husband and I went into Nothing Bundt Cakes at approximately 9:45 am to retrieve our order: a dozen bundtinis for a birthday party, two bundtlets, and a gluten-free bundtlet for a guest with celiac disease. When I showed the clerk my online receipt and order number, she couldn't find my name. After several minutes of searching, she walked into the back kitchen to get help, leaving the front completely unattended while several new customers walked in with no one to greet them.
A second employee finally emerged, took several more minutes to locate my name on the computer, and then disappeared to the back without saying a word to me. Minutes later, she brought out my order and handed it over in total silence. No apology for the delay, no explanation, nothing. To make matters worse, she was coughing the entire time she handled our food.
When I opened the bundtinis on the day of the birthday party, Friday, August 14, I noticed that most of the frosting was applied haphazardly. What is more, the white chocolate raspberry bundtini I chose was not fully cooked through; the bottom was soaked. I can only imagine what the other guests were thinking.
We recently learned that this location was bought out and is under new management, which completely explains the nose-dive in customer service and diminished quality of the cakes. Nothing Bundt Cakes used to be our absolute go-to place, but we will never patronize this establishment again. Truly a shame.

The delivery was great; however, you can't taste the cakes at all because the frosting is so thick & cloyingly sweet that you can't taste anything else at all. Ugh!

Albany NY store. Stay away from the single new Turtle cheesecake bundt. They up charge for this one because it has caramel. However, there was such a tiny bit of caramel I couldn't even taste it. What a shame, I usually love the bundts.

My favorite dessert ever. Bought cakes for every event. Love the assorted minis in the box of 12. But here’s the sad reality over the years I’ve purchased them. Those minis have gotten smaller and smaller. Awful at the price they charge!!!

I LOVE this place! I received a gift delivery and loved the cake and the delivery service. I in turn ordered a gift for someone and absolutely love how it was handled. They keep you abreast every step of the way via text messages and when the delivery arrives they send you a photo to verify delivery! The cakes are delicious and the delivery service is exceptional!! I will use them over and over again!

I went to the store in Hamilton, NJ ordered a birthday cake, I paid an extra $10 for the topping . All went well until i received the cake and it had a blue flower on top. I asked the person why did she give me the option to choose a color. She instinctively got defensive. Normally when you buy a regular cake you ask them to write something on top they would ask you what color? When I ordered the cake I thought it would be a neutral thing since she didn’t say anything. I asked to speak with a manager it turned out SHE was the manager. She said that i made her feel like she did something wrong, I told her that she did and she was more mad than me. I asked her to change the flower because it was for a woman she just walked away. I paid around $55 for that cake she just left me standing there and went to the back. The cake was for a coworker’s birthday i couldn’t leave it. If it were mine I would have left it. She may have been the manager maybe not the owner. That was the WORST customer service ever. And I love the franchise.

Loyalty program does not work since the update. Coupons cannot be used in the app (always “invalid”) and providing your phone number to the cashier does not result in loyalty points. If you submit their customer service form online, you will receive an exceptionally delayed response (past the period where they will provide points) and nothing but form letters. I was a loyal customer for many years but I am done. They can go out of business just like every other restaurant purchased by private equity.

I bought a regular size carrot cake and a mixed box of 12 bundtini's. Overall the flavors we great but something has happened to the regular size cake!!!! IT SHRUNK. What was this dinky little cake in the box??? Awful value for the money. Won't be doing that again.

An absolutely wonderful cake, made by a fantastic crew. I shop there often, and they truly are joy creators.

I dont know about bad business practices or long wait times as has been complained about here but in tasting two different flavor cakes from the Levittown LI location,my impression was..."These are spectacular ..Both the lemon mini with creamcheese topping and a larger strawberry birthday cake were as moist and delicious as ive ever tasted in any type cake!....100% in my book and this is no bogus review!!

The staff at the Seattle location are not only kind, but they are welcoming and very friendly! The establishment was very clean, well displayed items, and fully stocked of different flavors. Parking lot was large enough to accommodate multiple cars, and location was easy to find. I have had a few different flavors, and they are exceptional! Highly recommend the Seattle location.

I ordered a cake the day before Mother's Day and requested the 9:30 time slot. I got there and the line was EXTREMELY long and had to wait two hours. Once we got into the store, we had to wait another 30 minutes in order for them to "put the cake together," meaning the wrap, bow, etc. Terrible experience; will never order from them again, nor will I go there in person.

Today on Mother’s Day I Treated Myself To Nothing Bundt Cakes! Upon Entering I noticed the normal crew wasn’t there at the Lexington SC location which is Candace & Egypt! I greeted her with a smile at 3:57 pm ordered 2 White Chocolate Raspberry Bundlets! I presented my coupon the cashier scanned & I tapped & paid for my order. I politely tapped print receipt the cashier bald it up before she even ask me if I wanted it even tho I tapped it on the display screen. I just think that was unprofessional & disrespectful I’m entitled to any receipt I make a purchase for!

On May 8, 2026 at 9:00AM CDT I tried to place an on line order for 6:00 PM everything went good till I tried to checkout. I put all my information in for my card and it wouldn't checkout! No error messages no nothing as to why it wouldn't go to the next screen. Even re-interned my information several times and refreshed the webpage and got nothing. I then tried the chat which told me to leave a message and someone would get back to me in several day or it gave a number to call, The number chat provided 469 842-7996 didn't work. I found another number 888 780-2680 when I dial that a I got a bot and asked to speak to a person I was put on hold only yo be told there was no reps available and to leave a message. I needed the cake for my grandson's graduation tomorrow not whenever Nothing Bunt Cakes wants to contact me back. If this is the type of service you get from their company I don't need their company.

I did an in store purchase of 5 bundlets. I ask that 2 be wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon. 15 minutes later after helping 8 other customer I inquired about my order. 4 more minutes and it was brought out. I told the person who waited on me that it was unreasonable to have me wait that long for something so simple.
She said you know you can order online. My puchase was at the Riverside Plaza. Customer service training is needed there. If you want customers to place orders on line only, just say so. Very Disappointed
