Slow shipping and canceling order does not work
The shipping times are not as fast as promised in the published Shipping Policy. When I called and asked, they were not even aware of the times promised at their website. They advised how to cancel the order but did not register the cancellation and when asking again after I received information about upcoming deliveru, they just told not to receive the order, without taking any action themselves. One week later, the shipping company is repeating delivery attempts, their website does not work to inform them not to deliver and Nona company does nothing. I cannot recommend ordering anything through this mechanism.

As we aim to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, the parcel was handed over to DPD straight away on Friday 17 July, for delivery on Monday 20 July. This is the swift and accurate processing we always strive for.
Unfortunately, due to the extremely fast processing in the warehouse, your cancellation request could not be processed in time before the parcel was already on its way with the courier. We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
As we consider customer service to be of the high importance, we have now initiated a full refund.

Quick efficient service and Nona is just so nice. I first tried it in a restaurant here in Spain and when I found I could by it I was so happy! It is in my opinion the best non alcoholic drink I have had. Thank you!

Preparedness to find a quick solution
I did not receive my initial order due to a mistake of Fedex but Nona sent a replacement order together with 2 glasses for free which was finally delivered to the correct address. Nona was reactive and wanted to find a quick solution.
