Look into this deeper

Look into this deeper, these are hackers complaining because Njalla won’t host their criminal activities. If you’re using it for legitimate purposes you won’t get your domain taken down. Support team responds promptly.

Be very careful with Njalla

Be very careful with Njalla

I had multiple VPSs and domains with Njalla. One day, without any warning, they suspended my entire account, cutting off access to all my VPSs and domains.

Support only told me: “We received several serious complaints regarding the domains registered and your account was suspended.”

They did not tell me what the complaints were, who made them, or which domains were supposedly involved. My websites were completely unrelated, yet the entire account was taken down with no opportunity to respond.

To make matters worse, I also had money deposited in my account to pay for my next VPS renewal, and that balance was left inaccessible after the suspension.

The biggest lesson: do not keep all your VPSs, domains, and prepaid funds under one Njalla account. One complaint can apparently result in the entire account being suspended without meaningful explanation.

NJalla is a scam domain reseller

This is a scam site, do not transfer or buy domain form them, they just simply suspended your domain, if your domain is valuable! After a report to icann, the scammer unlock my domain and suddenly my domain is fine, but they still keep my another domain, guess they try to sell them later, but i won't give up.

Worst registrar I’ve used in 17+ years online. They stole 17 domains over one stupid complaint.

Honestly, this is the worst experience I’ve had in over 17 years of running online businesses.

Here’s what happened: a single domain got a completely ridiculous abuse report from some mattress manufacturer. Instead of sending a warning, putting that specific domain on hold, or giving me a chance to sort it out, Njalla just went ahead and nuked my entire account overnight — along with 17 crucial domains.

The other 16 domains had zero complaints and absolutely nothing to do with that issue, but they couldn't care less. Their support is complete trash — condescending, unhelpful, and unwilling to restore anything. To make matters worse, since the domains are less than 60 days old, their policy completely blocks me from even transferring the clean ones out to a decent registrar.

Here’s the real scam behind their operation:
Their site boasts all this marketing nonsense about "privacy," "protection," and "no bullshit." It’s pure bullshit. The catch is that they legally register all your domains under their own company name. You can’t sue them, and you can’t even report them to ICANN, because on paper, you don't own a thing — you’re just renting from them. They use this exact loophole to hijack accounts and basically steal your digital assets whenever they feel like it.

If you value your projects, money, and sanity, stay as far away from these scammers as possible. Njalla is hands down the worst choice you could ever make for your business.

Stay away, NJalla is a scam

Stay away from Njalla.

I transferred my domain to Njalla because I trusted them. Big mistake.

A complaint from an unknown third party was enough to get my domain suspended and my website taken offline. My users lost access overnight, while I was left chasing answers.

Getting information was incredibly difficult. Short replies, no transparency, and very little effort to help resolve the situation.

The whole experience felt like once they had my domain, I had all the risk and none of the protection.

After this happened, I checked Trustpilot and Reddit and realized I wasn’t the only one with this kind of experience.

If your domain is important to your business, think very carefully before trusting Njalla with it.

If you’ve been affected too, let’s take action together. File an ICANN complaint and make your voice heard.

Our experience with Njalla has been…

Our experience with Njalla has been extremely disappointing. Our account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning, and no clear explanation was provided. Even worse, we have lost access to our own domains and have been unable to recover them despite multiple attempts.

Customer support has been unresponsive and far from solution-oriented. This kind of irresponsible approach is unacceptable for such a critical service. The situation has seriously disrupted our operations, and we cannot recommend Njalla to anyone. They need to adopt a far more transparent and fair policy toward their users.

Suspended my domains without notice, won't release auth codes, ignores emails

I had three domains with Njal.la. On Feb 22, 2026, two were suddenly suspended with zero prior notice — no email warning, no policy violation cited, no explanation. My third domain on the same account is still active, which contradicts any claim of a blanket account issue.

I had just transferred one domain INTO Njal.la hours before the suspension, paying 15 EUR. I also have a 15 EUR credit balance in my account. All crypto payments, so no chargeback option.

I sent multiple emails requesting: the reason for suspension, EPP/auth codes to transfer out, and a refund. No meaningful response. They are effectively holding my domains and money hostage.

I have filed an ICANN Contractual Compliance complaint against Tucows (their accredited registrar) and Njal.la for violating the ICANN Transfer Policy — registrars cannot refuse to release auth codes to the registered name holder.

If you value your domains, think twice before using Njal.la. Privacy means nothing if they can suspend your domains overnight without explanation and ignore all communication.

Froze my domains and account balance.

They suspended my domain without any prior notification, While I tried to recover them, they said I CAN'T. When I tried to transfer, they said I CAN'T. Like what!! Not only that, even when I tried to register a new domain with my account balance, guess what? I CAN'T.

I can confirm the other bad ratings

I can confirm the other bad ratings. My domain was frozen, too. Without any reason or notification before, my website went offline because they blocked my domain and wanted me to do a verification by sending them personal documents and my passport.

I did this verification because i didn't want to loose my domain and right after they have reactivated my domain i moved it away to another registrar.

Never again.
