Package opened by customs and leakage
I was very disturbed by the fact that when package arrived it had a label on it saying that the Japanese customs had opened the package to inspect it and that the post office subsequently repackaged it. There was some leakage of the tallow on the egg carton like packaging material. I’m not sure if the leakage occurred during transit or as a result of the customs officials opening it or as a result of the repack by the Post Office. Seeing the leaked matter on the packaging was disconcerting and I contemplated throwing it away but considering the high price I paid I will reluctantly use it and hope for the best. I’ll think very carefully before ordering tallow from you again in spite of the fact that I’m sure it’s an excellent product and one that I want to use.

Very good experience. Got the goods exactly as described sent to here in Japan.
Had some questions for their customer service after making the purchase who were really courteous and helpful.
Will use them again.
