Upfront Service Charges
This is a customer feedback review of Net Link Trust. As a customer, I find that the arrangement to charge upfront for a service is not suitable. There has been occasion that NTL staff visited a site to perform an Order (issued by the ISP) that is not suited to the situation on site. The result is the necessary work is left undone whilst the upfront charges are unrefundable.
It is better for NLT staff visit the site, assess what needs to be done, agrees with customer to related charges, and performs the service.
Doing so will accord customers with fair trade practices and avoid wastage of time waiting for processes to be undertaken.
This is a real experience. However the exact date of the experience only estimated below as 18 Aug 2026 as the matter has dragged on for 3-4 weeks.

I would highly recommend Netlink.ie. The service was excellent from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help whenever there was a problem. No matter what issue came up, he was quick to find a solution and made sure everything was working properly. A great experience overall, and I would definitely use Netlink.ie again.

Honestly, just a great experience.
I’ve been using Netlink for a bit now and have zero complaints.
Everything was set up on time, and the connection has been rock solid since day one. Definitely glad I made the switch.

Have been with Julian and Netlink since we opened the house in 1999 and throughout this time have always been happy with the service provided and help given. It is great to be able to call and get problems solved and to have such support. Highly recommend Julian.
