Worst shoe on the internet
They make their products sound great but trust me, it's garbage. Of course they only post the fake 5 star ratings on their website but if you do research prior to throwing your money away you will be glad you did. I bought a pair the were worse than a 10.00 pair of shoes from dollar general or Walmart. One shoe had an arch under the heel the other shoe had none at all. Cheaply made shoes and forget a refund.

Please, please, please, please do not buy from this online shop; they are scammers. I accidentally bought two pairs of shoes and wanted to cancel the order immediately, right after one minute. They said it wasn't possible. The shoes had to arrive before I could return them. I accepted this. After a very long time, two poor-quality shoes arrived, and I sent them back. I have to say, I had to pay €22 for them, and after a long wait, they told me the shoes hadn't arrived. I asked at the post office, and they said if they hadn't arrived, the shoes would have been returned to me, so they're lying. They received the shoes, and they haven't refunded my €100, and I also paid €22 for shipping. So be careful and don't buy from this online shop; they are scammers.

Do not buy from these people. They don’t send the sizes ordered and then it costs money to return the wrong size shoes to China and then takes about 3 months to get back what you paid.

I spend 85% of my time on my feet and have been looking for a good shoe for a long time one that holds up on hard floors and makes my legs feel good at the end of the day. These are by far the best shoes I have ever gotten. I read all the terrible reviews and I thought oh my I made a mistake, but I love my shoes. I got two pair and hope that you’ll be willing to give them a try. They fit perfect they’re cushy. I really feel bad that there are so many dissatisfied customers.

I have emailed the firm giving all the details that they requested and they have still not replied and my email has disappeared from sent items.the reply I had on trust pilot is AI generated and
Ordered sandals in May.... they arrived in June and were rubbish...I asked for a refund and was given an address in China and told to return them myself at my own cost!!!! £20
I tracked them and they arrived in china in June....no sign of a refund... repeated emails to the company about a refund have been ignored.
Today....late September....I have had the parcel returned to the me !!! What is that all about? A complete waste of money....nearly £60 spent and a pair of rubbish sandals to show for it. A complete rip-off
Don't EVER deal with this firm...they only want to steal your money.

Sorry but your shoes are definitely not orthopedic. I have two pairs of real Dr. Comfort orthopedic shoes and these do not hurt my feet and soles. Your shoes are cheaply made and do not provide the support and comfort that you advertise. It would cost me more to return them to you so therefore, I will discard them before I do damage to my feet. Sorry that I did not read all of the prior reviews which warned that your Naturstep orthopedic shoes were not of a high quality, which they are not. Be truthful about what you are advertising.

These shoes are comfortable, but have both broken across the ball of the sole within 2 months of purchase. The company are not interested in replacing them, although they are now unwearable. Very poor quality.

Sent size 36 NOT 40 Sandals
I ordered a pair of sandals size 40. The size sent was 36. I contacted them straight away. I received a reply stating I could keep the 'item' and get a discount on my next purchase! I replied that they were no use to me as I need 40 not 36. Meanwhile, both the acknowledgement of my order and the invoice disappeared into the ether, so I cannot quote my order number, but quoted my address.

SCAM - AVOID
Awful quality, tried to return immediately. Like everyone else given an address in China. Courier needed a phone number which their A1 couldn’t cope with. I accepted 30% discount which ‘had been paid’. No it hadn’t! Then they blamed Paypal and asked me to close the issue but I hadn’t contacted Paypal.
A1 response now thanks me for my order it had run out of messages to send me.

So what are you going to do about it !!Cheap plastic thought l was ordering from the UK they came from China. Three sizes too small despite ordering the correct size. They want me to send them back to China no chance as that would cost me over £20. A total scam do not buy from this company wish my bank had refused to pay them.

The product I received was nothing like the advert, the sandals were very cheap and nasty.
It appears to be a UK company but it's Chinese and they do not give your money back .

Do not buy shoes from this company. If they send you the wrong size, they will not replace and offer vouchers instead. You have to pay shipping to return as well which is a fortune to Hong Kong! Avoid.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and needed well cushioned, supportive sandals. The sandals I bought gave neither, despite the claims. Do not buy from this company. Quality is distinctly lacking and not worth the money they are charging.
