Delivery drivers are unprofessional and…
Delivery drivers are unprofessional and make a minimum effort to deliver packages. To reschedule you need to pay additionally (10 EUR) or drive to their warehouse which has limited opening times and is located far outside the city.
The hassle isn't worth it for this horrible customer service, better stay away.

As outlined in our purchase terms, if the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the driver will try to call the contact number provided. If they’re unable to reach you, they must continue with their delivery route.
Every order comes with an estimated delivery time and a live tracking link from the carrier so you can follow the progress in real time. In these cases, the order can be collected from the carrier’s warehouse or a second delivery can be arranged, which may involve an additional fee.
We’re always happy to help arrange whichever option works best for you.
