Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, went above and beyond and still are with there tech support. When I hit troubles with water balancing or any questions they are only a phone call away, and always so polite and helpful. Absolutely love this company and there system. Purchased from leisure pools Fraser Coast Qld. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Barbington her after sales help is top knotch.

The Naked pool system runs the pool…
The Naked pool system runs the pool itself, it is basically AI by just pushing a few buttons and it feels like we arent doing enough to keep the pool sparkling. We particularly chose the naked system because of skin conditions in the family and so far so good, no smell of chlorine and very little salt, we are more than happy that we chose the Naked pool system. We had a follow up call with the Naked pool customer service team to ensure everything is going ok and that they are available for any questions or troubleshooting we may have so their after delivery Customer service cannot be faulted.

Honeymoon stage is over
I found Naked Pools very intresting to begin but after 10 month on a brand new build pool, I've end up with massive stains that seems to be copper build up while this was not on my radar at all. Custome service is fast and responsive but it's important to be aware of all aspect before buying.
