Breach of T&C - 3 withdrawals delayed since August 27th. Mr Punter Casino is refusing to process my three withdrawals from August 27th, 28th, and 30th. According to their own Terms and Conditions, the processing time is 1-3 business days. This deadline has now expired for ALL of my requests. The finance department is operating, but the support only feeds me with standard copy-paste excuses about "delays". This is a clear breach of their own T&C. I have already informed CasinoGuru and LCB. Process my payments immediately!

WARNING – withdrawal pending since August 21st

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal since August 21st. Today is September 1st, and I still haven’t received a single euro.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete silence. No emails, no proper updates, no clear information about when I’m actually going to receive my money.

Deposits are instant, but when it comes to withdrawals, it’s a completely different story. So far, I’ve received €0.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to wait this long with zero communication. Be careful and think twice before depositing money. Getting your money out shouldn’t be something you have to hope will happen.

This casino seems to flood everyone with non stop SPAM Emails, today I think I received about 20 in total...I goes to my spam mail folder but still anoying, since I have no interest in an casino SH*T!

This site is not a scam. It is a legitimate online casino. It does take a little time to get verified (you have to submit proof of citizenship, address and a banking statement). Withdrawals take a little bit of time as well but you will get your money withdrawn to the payment info you used for your intial deposit.

Absolutely disgraceful, it has now been 7 days since I have requested my small withdrawal. I have been informed on 4 separate days that it has been made a priority and still nothing. The live chat agents keep telling me the same lines over and over again , with no actual facts. My vip managers have not replied to any of my emails in over 2 days. Every casino you see, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of 750 CAD, stay away from it. They have VIP levels which will allow you to withdrawal more, but only if you play every single day, it does not stay,. You can hit level 2 then over time it will go back to level 1. This is my second withdraw, my withdraw has currently been pending for 31 days since may 4th. (23 Business days). they claim only 3 business days for payments.

Requested a withdrawal 8 days ago. Woke up and saw it had been cancelled by their staff. So naturally I requested it again and asked for it to be fast tracked. Their own customer service/support team told me it was approved and just waiting to be sent to my bank, this was a lie. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY

It is very fun to play online pokies, lots of variety but the RTP seems to vary. Only kinda annoying thing is the wait for any withdrawals, can be many days but has always arrived. I do like thier crypto payout options have not tried the other payout methods,so maybe that would be quicker. Be careful gambling is addictive :)

Withdrawal requested on 19/04/2026 and still not processed.

MrPunter states a 3 working day withdrawal policy, yet my withdrawal is now over 10 days overdue with no valid explanation.

I have contacted support multiple times via live chat and email. Each time I receive the same scripted responses such as “high volume of withdrawal requests” and “your request is being processed”, but no clear reason for the delay and no timeframe for when I will actually receive my money.

I have submitted a formal complaint and even issued a final notice with a 48-hour deadline, which was ignored. The responses I received did not address any of my questions.

I also requested basic information such as the casino’s licensing authority and ADR provider, which any legitimate operator should be able to provide. This was repeatedly avoided, and I was told to email instead, with no answers given.

At one point, my chat was ended while I was trying to document the conversation.

Overall, very poor transparency and failure to follow their own stated withdrawal policy.

Was playing a while and then wanted to close my account due to not seeing the value. Tried to close my account live chat does not work at all and several back and forth with support on email and they don’t seem to be able to close the account due to email address showing as googlemail.com and not gmail.com which is how I setup the account. A joke if a service

I won €3000 on Mr Punter, but I had to wait over a month to receive my money. During that time, they kept saying “we will send it soon,” but nothing happened for weeks.

Where to start about this casino. This casino is under the administration of one big Casino that holds casinos like Allyspin, MrPunter, Legiano, Spinbara and many others. They hold over 100 casinos and are very fraudulent. The registration is fast and easy but everything after that is very bad for the customer. I don't have any bad experience playing the slots and bets but the administration is really bad. From the moment you give your phone number and email away, your data is sent to multiple providers and you keep getting spammed with SMS and email promotions even when you have clearly marked that you don't want to recieve anything. After contacting them 100 times and they promise that they have resolved the issue, agents from some random countries starts to call you and offer you special promotions from their casinos. After that, I have decided to delete my account and some more problems have came. They refused to delete any of my accounts and stated, that they are not able to locate the email that I have contacted them from. Very fraudulent and illegal thing to do, they force people to keep the data of their users.

My latest withdraw of £300 has been sitting ‘under review’ for a week now. I have sent 5 emails to my VIP manager, not 1 single reply or acknowledgment. I see they’re based in Costa Rica with no gambling regulations, so that’s a massive red flag!
