Finding a house in Munich can be challenging and overwhelming. But with Mr Lodge, the process is really easier and safer. They handle most of the necessary stuff which is practical and quite useful. The staff in particular is really helpful in terms of communication and aid with the property.

I rented an apartment while I was outside of Germany, and everything went smoothly. As soon as I arrived, I got the keys and moved in. Everything was very clean and ready to move in.

Apartment are of high quality with all the needed amenities (kitchen, laundry, etc.), but of course it comes at a premium.

The cleaning upon entry is not always perfectly done (good but not necessarily professionally cleaned), so I would recommend taking pictures/documenting the initial state of the apartment. Otherwise you will need to pay full price for a professional cleaning upon leaving the apartment.

Mr. Lodge provided an excellent temporary long term accommodation service that helped me find an apartment in a very competitive market. Thank you for your kind and efficient efforts in making me feel at home in Munich!
