I visited the spa on 06/20 for a couple's scalp massage and was overcharged $100. As soon as I realized, I notified the spa via text and after following up several times, they finally responded saying they would process the refund for the excess and never did. I had to file a dispute with Amex but it is unfortunate that a business would ruin their reputation and lose customers over $100. This was my third time at the spa and the quality of the service has also decreased since my first visit last year.

My appointment was 9am for 120 Minutes…
My appointment was 9am for 120 Minutes couple massage. They started 9:30. Was supposed be 1 hour each massage. The first massage was only 30 minutes and the seconds 40 minutes. Very expensive. Our package included a couple's photo. We never had anything going on.

Professional & relaxing treatment
The cozy upstairs spa was very professional from making the reservation to the check out. The treatment was wonderfully relaxing. Cant wait to return!
