Excellent in North of Stockholm, professionals with super service and consultation, proactive communication, smooth. Just fantastic.

Sent one installer out to do a two person job for most of the installation. This lead to them installing one of my window frames not straight and so that opening the window damaged the frame.

They refused to honour their own guarantee as posted on their website stating a replacement for fitment issues. I never had the new perfect window I was supposed to receive.

Bunch of cowboys doing everything on the cheap. Choose another company.

Update: As you can see from the reply below there is no intention to fix this situation. Do not trust them.

We had a door installed in November 2023. It quickly became clear that something was off about the knob and lock since a lot of moisture was coming in. The company sent a person out to look at another issue with the door and he attempted a quick repair on the lock. The attempt scratched up the metal and now the entire piece is loose from the door.

We have attempted to contact Mockfjärds MANY times about this and are constantly told someone will get back to us, but now it is almost a year later and no one has come to fix our problem.

As of July 29, no one has reached out to us.

Late delivery and wrong measurements plus being expensive

Very happy with the service we received from Mockfjärds and their installers (Besnik and Co.) Courteous, punctual and easy to reach and deal with. Problems were dealt with quickly and professionally by customer service and the job was finished quickly too.

The end result is amazing and I'm happy with it. How it got reached is a different issue. There was quite a few things that had to be redone.

I think the workers which do a great job a very kind and provide good explanation are set up with immense time pressure to fullfil there task by the management. Threw this rushing mistakes / sloppiness happens which has to be resolved which actually wastes a lot more time in the end.

Also a disappointment for me is, that this things are not realised by them self, the customer has to find and point them out. Again it seems a lot of time rushing since these guys know exactly what to do and how to do it well. For me this is a management issue.

As well as I get asked if my windows can be used as example 2 months before we start even putting windows in.

Very good overall experience from first meeting until the end.
Great support from sales person (Diar) throughout the whole process .
The quality of windows is 10/10!
Even when some issues occurred during the installation and the result wasn't how we wanted to be, they made sure that everything would be fixed/replaced accordingly and they would not stop until we were happy and satisfied.

The window worker was friendly, competent and a good worker.
The result is good.
Also was mr. Sören Nilsson a good advisor.
He gives me good answers to my questiones about
the windows of Mockfjärds Fönster AB.

No services, seller that give wrong information and doesn’t keep up his word. Very bad communication.
Massive delay on the work without saying anything

Will never recommend your company to anyone

I am sat here writing this with cold wind blowing through the new windows, around the frames and doors. This makes the floors cold.

Not only has electricity gone up by about 361% in Sweden, our consumption has increased after replacing 80 year old windows with new modern ones.
According to Mockfjärds web site "you also reduce your energy costs and save energy significantly".

Mockfjärds are very quick to take the payment (we spent over 350000KR) but they are really slow in responding to faults.

We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a reply to the problems we have reported but no reply received since we were told they would look into the matter.

The major issues:
Scratches and marks on the new frames.
Damages that have been painted over and the paint is coming off.
Gaps in the actual window frames and cassettes.
Cold and wind coming through - some windows are sealed, some are not - some have cold air coming through under and around the frames.
The new door frame is letting through cold air in some places around the frame.
One of the window-sills is not attached at all and moves around.
There are gaps and uneven fits of wood on most of the windows.
Wood has split from nails.
Silicone / expanding foam left on outside of windows and we can't get it off.
Some damage on the inner parts (between the glass) of some of the windows.
There are some big temperature differences between the windows, window sills etc. (ranging between 15-21 degrees at a room temperature of 23 degrees and outside temp of -1)
Water damage on window sill.
We have previously contacted you about a rattling noise coming from the outside of the window, suspecting that this is from moving parts that we think should not be moving.
They have agreed to replace one window reported as faulty by the fitter but we are still waiting to hear when this will happen.

Chasing sales, promised a paradise and deliver a shxx in the end.
Service is not doing anything except shirk responsibility.
After reporting the problems, no one is really calling me to ask " what went wrong" , except telling me "we have done nothing wrong"

ps. Please ask your sales to put every single word he/ she says on the contract, if you are new in Sweden, ask in English, make sure you understand everything before you sign. They are still in the 1990 sales mode

Beware of Google #1 result when you looking for service, that might be a cheat as well

Pros:
From first contact to the montage all went smooth, sales representative really took time to explain options and possibilities, set up crew made all very nice and with attention to the details.

Cons:
I am really not happy with service of logistic company selected by Mockfjärds, DB Schenker. Delivery was non professional. That downgraded whole buying experience (thus 4 stars), even if it not related to Mockfjärds directly and / or experience with windows.

We are most satisfied with both the products and the service. The installation process was brilliant from the start, performed by technicians extraordinaire.

As the installation big failure. As multi time they come to correct but the problem is still find more .
No isolering around (easy to see trough it).
Plate missing screw.
Sharp plate.
Threshold jump.
Nails out of the wood.
Front door start to vibrate when it's blowing.

The Windows are not mounted yet even I got message that they are. The inside listels have gaps and they are not aligned properly. We didn’t get our louver(jalusier) but someone’s else. Now we need to wait until you find ours. Really disappointed about this.
