I placed an order with the royal…

I placed an order with the royal Canadian mint on march 31/2026 for 3 coin rolls and as of June 8/2026 I still have yet to receive my order. I have called almost every week for over a month only to be told they are working on my issue. Every person I have talked to says they can see that I have not received my order and I called the courier myself to open an inquiry and the courier did all they say they can do and didn’t find my order. These 3 rolls cost me over $300.00 and I can’t even get a refund as the royal Canadian mint is still working on my file.

Royal Canadian Mint

Consistently above average. However they are missing opportunities for sales due to website design and missing desired content. Been doing business with them for years!

Terrible that they advertise…

Terrible that they advertise commemorative products but can't buy them from them. What's the point of advertising if you can't buy it. Why have iron maiden make a coin if no one around the world can buy it?

Candian Mint surpasses US and UK mints

In comparing and contrasting the Canadian Mint with the US Mint and the Royal Mint in the UK these folks surpass both others mints in customer service, quality of their products and responsiveness to emails and phone calls.

Especially with email replies, they do not send canned replies like the US Mint does, wherein my last response from the US Mint had nothing to do with the question I asked.

The Canadian Mint individualizes the services that they provide. A model for all others to use.
