I’ve paid for 7 day access and was very surprised I was being charged £31.98 for 2 months after that. No reminder, no subscription confirmation email, basically money taken behind my back without any prior notification. Disgusting behaviour and bad business practice. Should have read reviews before ever getting anywhere near this app. I see I’m not the only person that’s fallen victim to this scam. It’s mind boggling that an app that supposed to be used to better your mental health prays on vulnerable people instead.

I signed up for Nordletics however due to changes in circumstances I cancelled the subscription within the first month and received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled.
Two months later I noticed two payments to medical score of £26.19 each.
I contacted Nordletics attaching my cancellation emails. I was informed the subscription would be cancelled however no refund was available as this was done by a digital process.
I advanced this within the company and was told I had signed up for a monthly subscription at the Nordletics website with medical score [Mindway]I had also been sent emails at the beginning, of the usage and had used their App as well as reminder emails before each subscription.
As someone who checks their emails and junk folder every day. I can confirm none of this is true.
I have spoken with PayPal, my chosen method of payment and although very helpful have been unable to assist me in recovering my money.
The purpose of this review is to make people aware when dealing with Nordletics or Mindway [Medical Score] to be very cautious of what you are actually signing up for

SCAMMERS THAT STEAL MONEY. Green Diet signed me up for this when I specifically stated that I did not want it when signing up for Green Diet. I emailed them and said I suspected I had been signed up for something I didn't want, they confirmed my cancelation but took money from my account. I never even activated Mindway but they are refusing to refund me and the contact form I filled has miraculously disappeared. SCAMMERS

Mindway is a scam. I tried it out for 1 month for $11.99 and not only did they deny my refund request due to the product being terrible but they also tried signing me up for a subscription for $39.98 (which I didn't authorize) so I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get it refunded. I would like to get my $11.99 refunded back to me since there was no mention of a subscription when I signed up.

Ripped me off when I agreed to a 5.99 one week subscription they took 31 pounds out of my account today. Im vulnerable as was mid panic attack searching Google for help and this is how they treat people do not sign up.

Don’t trust this company as they just deduct money from your account without consent
I purchased a one time only for 11.99 in Juneand today see they deducted £37.49 without my consent

Scam! Even when you cancel your plan, they will charge you for the subscription without consent!

Beware of hidden fees!! After reading some replies to people's reviews they always say its very clear in there terms and conditions. It is not clear at all it is in very small print! Any honest company would make it clear and send a reminder of renewal. They charge $15 to start and bill you over $100 without warning and refuse any kind of refund at all. Intact they try to scam you again by giving you a free session with another auto renewal. App is also a waste of time!

Easy access but too much of ”selling” at the end 😅

Suddenly charged me over $100, 1 month after I 'joined' the app.
No company should just hide behind 'terms and conditions' and charge you in this way.
That is corrupt and not truthful.
Not easy to see where the cancel is.
Stay way from this awful app/company.
Update: Just to note from your 'automated reply'... you refused to do anything about it or refund me.
