Your review doesn't make much sense. The giveaway VPS includes IPv4, but you didn't even win the giveaway, so you're reviewing a service you've never used.
As for the EU node, it's part of our free hosting service, and we've clearly stated that availability is limited. Getting placed on a different location due to capacity isn't "fake hosting"—it's called reading the information before complaining.
Next time, try using the service first before writing a review about it.

Looking at the ticket, you asked if you could get a 1 core/1GB VPS without going through the invite requirement, and our staff member said no. That's accurate free plans require invites, since that's how we're able to offer resources at no cost. We understand the answer might not have been what you hoped for, and the response could've included that explanation instead of a flat "Nope," so that's fair feedback for us to improve on.

We take feedback seriously, but the claim that we buy reviews is false, and it's not something we'll let stand unanswered. We don't, and we're happy to have that scrutinized.
On the actual issue: this was a temporary SSH connection problem, not the service being broken or ignored. If it wasn't picked up fast enough, that's fair to call out, but that's a support delay, not the story you're telling here.
If you'd like it resolved, share your service ID and we'll sort it out directly. If the goal here is just to vent rather than get it fixed, that's your call, but the "buying reviews" claim is baseless, and we won't let it sit unaddressed.
