Total SCAM! Take unauthorised payments and refuse to refund them.

Was quick and straightforward

The order arrived quickly, however when i received my order, i'm shocked
Misleading advertising!! They offered you a discount deal to lure you in. It’s supposed to be 3 boxes. Once the order is confirmed, they only send you one box instead of 3 (I have proof in the form of a screenshot) and charge you a large sum, claiming that what you paid for was just one box and that you’ll have to pay for the other two. It really is a scam!! Stay well away and don’t fall into this trap.

I thought I was buying one bottle. But they added lots on and took £189 from my bank. They offered me a 25 percent refund but I didn’t get it. So they have taken money I don’t have

They say it's £37 with discount and then they try to take another £70.

**** STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY**** THEY ARE TRUE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENTLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE 1 HOUR TIMEFRAME IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! ELLA ASKS FOR PROOF OF ORDER TIME AND PROOF OF TIME OF CANCELLATION AND ONCE THIS HAS BEEN SENT SHE GOES RADIO SILENT OR ONLY SENDS THE SAME EMAIL TO TELL YOU HOW TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS COST EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD HER NOT TO SEND THE PRODUCT!!! I WILL BE INFORMING THE POLICE AS THIS IS THEFT OF MY MONEY AND IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT ANY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY!!!

Took over £200 from my bank. I ordered £36 worth of products and yet 4 separate payments came out! DO NOT BUY

it was very poor, i wanted to cancel an item as didn’t mean to order it then they told me id have to cancel the whole thing which i was fine with but then got told i cant have a full refund!. i honestly dont want the product i want my money back!

Pretty much the same as everyone else, took £36 at first then another for £73, I emailed straight away. Ella responded to say what I had ordered, I responded straight away and said I wanted to cancel this and no response. Sent another 3 emails and nothing. What a scam !!!!!!

Very interesting video although it was a bit long. Too many add ons as they make the price less affordable.
Fingers crossed this is something that will actually work!

I got scam. I buy the offer 3 for 36.65 and they charge on my card more €75 and €40.

the company is very detailed and helpful works very well

This company are very deceiving with their website, which is full of generic pop ups and different options to click, I was constantly hounded with ads on TikTok and after trying to find something to help me loose my last few kgs I just wanted to trial the product, I wanted to purchase one bottle which was around £36, when I ordered another £74 was taken from my account instantly in a separate transaction.. Leaving me very short of funds, I requested the order was cancelled immediately and I was refunded but the company still proceeded to post this product out to me, tell me I have to pay to return it which I’m assuming will take forever. So I have to struggle on low funds until I’m refunded.
I never wanted to buy 3 bottle of a product I’ve never used before, stop doing this to customers.

I’ve just placed an order so I haven’t tried the products but you’ve taken two separate transactions out why say they 36.65 if your going to then take another 73.30 I want to get a refund on that as your clearly misleading people with prices and

I have been charged twice for 1 order I have contacted the company and they have said to send it back once I have received it at my own cost, however the order has not yet been processed and the payments are still pending so I don't understand what the problem is as they can just not send the order and cancel the pending payments. Apparently this has happened with numerous people who are having the same problem that I am having.
