Their prices beat everyone’s around! Every worker there did an awesome job on my car and is very friendly. Most places are awkward to go to, not this place! Felt comfortable and had a great experience.

Mavis Tire is fantastic I had an experience with Anthony and Carlos they helped me out did a wonderful job on my car is there a very efficient technical knowledge is unbelievable very very helpful very polite the staff at Mavis and White Plains is excellent and Superior I'm 83 years old my name is Richard and I've been going to Mavis for years Anthony and Carlos are fantastic I want to thank Mavis Organization for having these two people working there thank you so very much

I don't like to write bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. I was at Mavis Tire on Transit Road in Williamsville, NY this morning for a NYS inspection for my 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage with 18k miles on it. I checked the brakes before I came in and after waiting about an hour I was told I needed front brakes & rotors and wipers (close to $800). So while I'm no mechanic I know what to look for during an inspection and always check before I go. Well, I asked to see my pads and rotors as I knew they were fine. The mechanic showed me with this tiny light and even though he wasn't very helpful with his tiny flashlight after a few attempts I pointed out that the brake pads and the rotors were fine. I immediately felt I was about to be ripped off so I said I'm leaving please give me my keys and paid $21.00! (for nothing) I then went to another place which passed me after replacing 1 wiper (it was tearing) for $12.00!!!!! My entire bill there was less than $25.00 including the inspection.I told the inspector there about my experience at Mavis and he told me that he's heard the same thing before from others. WTF? Also.. I had a situation at another Mavis where they rotated my tires and did not put my wheel cover back on properly and I lost one. After arguing with staff there about replacing it I eventually got it paid for. So as I was leaving Mavis today I had the presence of mind to check all of my wheel covers before I left and sure enough.. the drivers side front tire started falling off as I touched it. So I took it off and then replaced it properly.. WTF is going on there??? NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO MAVIS FOR ANYTHING.. as it was I was giving them a second chance after the last headache I had there. BEWARE!

Had an issue with my battery last minute. Pulled into Mavis and Ken and Joseph took great care of me. They’re my new best friends

My family was out of town and my battery died. I was in a pinch and I called Mavis Tire and they helped me so much! Quick and friendly service! Highly Recommend! Plus, being a holiday weekend!

My husband and I recently had four tires installed and an oil change at Mavis Tire in Alachua, and once again, we were extremely pleased with our experience. We have been customers since Mavis first opened, and they continue to impress us!

Our tires were in stock, and we were able to get an appointment quickly. When we arrived, the shop was very busy, but we were greeted right away and treated with such courtesy and professionalism. We left our car with them and were given an estimated time for it to be ready. To our surprise, they called us earlier than expected to let us know our car was finished!

A special thank you to Boyce and Kerrie! They were both absolutely wonderful. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

Mavis Tire is truly lucky to have Boyce and Kerrie on their team! Employees like these two are what make customers want to keep coming back. In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, they are a breath of fresh air!

Went to get a part replaced on my electric drivers seat. Told the mechanic through text "DO NOT MOVE THE CHAIR FORWARD" b/c it cant move back due to it needing a new electric motor in the bottom of the seat. After leaving my car there for 8+ hours not only was the tech "Caesar" not able to diagnose the problem. He tells me after pushing the seat forward some more that I have to take it to the dealership and there's nothing they can do for me after messing up my car even more. The seat was pushed all the way forward like a 60 degree angle and is nearly underivable now. Every time i have to get in my car now I think about how this place screwed me over.

DON'T GO HERE! THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR CAR! The weekend appointments are why I used to go. About a year ago, I brought my car in for a simple oil change. After two and a half hours I went to check why it was taking so long. They assured me it was fine. I looked through the window into the garage and see the "mechanic" holding the hood prop which was now pretzel shaped. They finally owned up to it and offered to order and install a new one at no cost to me. They didn't even offer a discount on the oil change. Last month, I was rotating tires and one of the lugs was cross threaded. I had no choice but to break it off. I called around to find a new stud and again, Mavis was my only option. I got all five replaced. Today I'm doing an oil change and tire rotation and guess what? TWO of the lugs they replaced the studs for were CROSS THREADED! They are incompetent to the point of causing more damage than they fix. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there with my brother to get new tires for his car. I wasn’t satisfied with the work. The wait time was crazy. A employee named James was professional, kind and patient. Because of him we didn’t drive off and go to a new location. Thank you James for everything but we will not be coming back to that location again. Sorry….

Wendy and Ben helped repair a tire quickly for my sons car so he could drive back to college.

Made an appointment on Wednesday 9/2 for 1pm. I was there a little before one and went to waiting room. While I waited two walk in customers came in and we're put ahead of me. A complete front end alignment was done for one of them. I just wanted a tire! After waiting for well over an hour I asked for my keys and went to Brother's across the street. I was out of there in 30 minutes or less!!!! I will never use Mavis again.

Tom, JD and Kylie are fantastic techs and managers. Very informative and helpful. These three go above and beyond explaining everything. Only down fall is there is this other girl that works there and i think her name is Miley or Millie but she has no background on vehicles what so ever and it shows, cannot explain anything and more busy on her phone texting and carrying on a conversation then paying any attention to customers. She is also very rude and hostile to customers when they ask questions or question work done on their vehicle. She is very disrespectful. Sat there watching all of this while waiting on my car to be completed.

Dakota at Mavis Longview store went far above any store that I have been to before. My problem wasn’t a tire problem but a oil pan crushed problem. He spoke to Toyota about fixing my vehicle and I went there and they took care of me. Thanks Dakota for your kindness and great customer service. I will always recommend your company!!

I was told it would be 1-2 hours for service to be completed. It was almost 6 hours and not all wanted services were done. When contacting the store afterwards they said well we forgot. Thats no way to run a business. Will never return again!!!!

Highly recommend ver professional and fast service

They manager Rockel was a very patient and thorough Person with me making sure all my needs and concerns we met. The mechanic Carlos did an amazing job replacing my front struts and control arms. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys.

I appreciate the attention to detail and the cost was very reasonable. I also like the location because while your car is being worked on you can either wait there and watch some TV or enjoy some shopping or grab some lunch. I always recommend this particular Mavis to everyone I know.
