We started a subscription after seeing the stand at Crufts. As our cat was a bit fussy with his food, we decided to give it a go. The delivery arrived as promised. The first few times, the cat was a bit unsure but once he got used to it, cleaned his dish. Easy to change/update orders

I think the food is really good but unfortunately Hobbes only eats a small amount so I end up throwing a fair amount away. He likes biscuits. I’m going to keep on for now but eventually will give in if I continue to get a lot of waste

The most important factor is we have empty clean bowls after every meal.
Noodles who is old and was getting very thin, has improved considerably
Really easy to deal with and very responsive. I can change the recipes anytime and get deliveries to suit me.

I had an issue with DPD and their delivery service with leaving my package on a main road outside the complex gates which was stolen! Fatima was really understanding and rectified the issue instantly. Great communication and eased my worries with future orders! I’m yet to receive the trial box but so far so good!! Thankyou Fatima! 🐾

There is always good communication about what is in your order and if you need to change your delivery date.
But when l email then about some problems l was having they never replied.

My cats like this product so much, but the accounting I don't like. Doesn't clear the orders payment, sometimes collect money from account twice...😞

My cats love the food, they seem a lot more happier and energetic. We have no control over cats' preferences and have found one of our cats to be very fussy with beef. She prefers poultry type of food so the others end up with more beef. The flexibility in changing delivery dates is the best thing. We are in full control of how much we spend and Marro allows for a lot of flexibility. I order 96 pouches and have just the right amount of freezer space for them.

She clears her bowl no waste. Looks happy and healthier. And goodbye to the smelly poos.

Marro has a lovely selection of flavours, my BSH loves her some Marro, they smell great, her poos don’t smell as much and it is more affordable than some other foods on the market!

Cats love it!! Real meat in a lovely gravy can be served warm or cold. Always empty their bowls.

The quality of the food..shown through my cats lovely coat. The ease of the website and you choice of delivery dates, on day the you get notified of a one hour delivery window.

I was sceptical when I was approached by a Marro representative but decided to give it a go. I cannot praise it highly enough my two cats just love the food and I find the website easy to navigate. You are notified of your upcoming delivery and you can amend the date or even skip a month, which works really well. The food comes well packed and ready for the freezer. My cats are young and already quite fussy but Marro is a big hit 😺👍😺

My cat loves the food and eats every bit of it. She is a big fan of all the flavours. My cat likes the consistency and prefers the gravy that has a more jelly like consistency which keeps the meat moist.

The packaging is great. All recyclable and the fleece comes in very handy for my garden!

I know when the delivery is due and it’s always on time.

I thin the food is good value, we waisted loads of money on cheaper cat food that she wouldn’t eat and was poor quality. It took us ages to find the right one which was quite stressful. . We have had Marro for a year now and no going back!

The food look great quality and came well packaged so it can be put in the freezer and was still cold and partially frozen

Marro has been a revelation to the Caretaker,Mommy,and let’s be honest “slave” 😉 of a 17 year old male rag doll. At his advanced years it is of paramount importance to me that he enjoys his food. He can be persnickety and choosy when it comes to food but he hasn’t turned away from his Marro meals ever. I love that he enjoys it so much and I know he is getting a premium food that helps keep him healthy and happy. The price is premium but I haven’t had to throw away food that is left in the dish and refused. My peace of mind is priceless and I get that from Marro knowing that my cat is eating and content. The choice of meals is wonderful and creative. I say give it a try and most will love it.
