This low life company enforce sales of goods on people against the Customer's wishes, because thIs Low Life company are Mis-Using the Consumer Law, which states that you cannot return fresh goods
So, Mammarancia.com, ship you something that you dId not ask for, and then they dont show you your order's tracking to disguise that they shipped your order with a SLIPSHOD Delivery-Agent, which you specifically said in your order, that you do not want this delivery-agent involved with the shipping of your order
The Customer has the right to choose that their money does not fall into the hands of a dreadful delivery-agent who has ruined the Customer's consignments numerous times before
The Courier choice is just as important as any other part of an order, since the Customer is paying for it, and all Couriers are certanliy not the same
So, if the Customer states that they do not want a specific Courier, and instead the Customer states that they want the Courier who, Mammarancia.com, advertise (FALSELY) as their company's courier, then that is the Courier the Customer should get
If not then, Mammarancia com, should give the Customer back their money if, Mammarancia.com, cannot honour the Customer's Courier choice

Hi, we’re honestly very sorry to read such strong words, but we feel it’s important to clarify the situation clearly and transparently for anyone reading.
As already communicated by our customer care team, we did not ship the prickly pears because they were not yet at the right level of ripeness to meet our quality standards. For this reason, we asked you for your IBAN in order to process a refund for that specific item.
Regarding the rest of the order, the shipment was correctly prepared and dispatched within the timeframes indicated at checkout. The parcel was then refused upon delivery, and for this reason no refund could be issued, in line with our policies.
We would also like to clarify that all our shipments are handled through DHL Parcel Connect, an international network. This means that while the fruit always departs directly from Sicily, tracking may show transit through other European hubs (such as Germany). This is standard logistics and not an attempt to hide any information.
We understand that courier preferences can be important, but unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee different shipping providers depending on individual requests. What we do guarantee is that every order is handled with care and shipped using a reliable international service.
Finally, we strongly reject the accusations regarding product quality and company integrity. We are direct Sicilian producers for three generations, and our work is visible and verifiable — from certifications to customers who have visited us in person.
We regret that this experience led to frustration, but we confirm that everything was handled correctly, transparently, and in good faith.
