As a seller, the experience and the customer service is appalling. The items I bought as a buyer and the service received as such are normally excelletn, because every time you have to pay them all goes smoothly, of course. However their customer service is incredibly unresponsive, they have prerecorded messages and do not reply to your actual request. This service cannot possibly be rewarded, it ihowever the many customers who support this website whos hould be the center of their business. Their handling fees for returning your own items are ridiculously expensive and their reasons for rejecting items are equally unvetted. Their answers are fraudulently misleading, so your request is eventually completely ignored. There is no honour in doing business this way. You are simply exploiting your own customers. Shameful breach of trust. Dishonourable.

A huge SCAM! Please please avoid sending them your stuff. Simply throw whatever you have in the trash and don’t send them anything. They don’t sell your stuff, they just pretend like they‘re trying to sell them and that nobody is buying them, so then they just steal whatever you sent and sell it on their own somewhere else. You‘re not getting nothing in return. They purposefully put up ridiculously terrible photos of the products on the website to the point where you can‘t even see what the product is. They know if they do this, the items won’t sell. It’s 2025, what kind of camera takes photos like that? Their photos look like they‘ve been taken with a microwave from 1993.

I only received a refund for one item, but there were many items from multiple orders in my return package. I have emailed them repeatedly, but no replies...

Update 20-1-2025:
I received an automatic response, saying that they have so many emails at the moment that the response time will be longer that usual. Let's wait and see....

Update 21-1-2025:
They refunded me all the returned items but one (probably a mistake). I had to wait a long time (the return package was delivered on 9-12-2024) but they came trough in the end.

I sold my best Chanel bag and never gotten my payment last year, 2023 The company announced bankruptcy, stole the money, and still on the market. I cannot explain how it is allowed by law. My transection is now even removed from my bills as unpaid. It just vanished. Fraudsters. Avoid by all means. My damage from them is close to 1000.

Don't use the concierge service. After you agree to their price, they will continuously drop the price, which can result in you giving away your items. You cannot get them returned or discontinue the service because you are trapped. Furthermore, you have no access to adjust the prices. Never again. It's a complete rip off.

I can't understand how sales deposit sites work when it comes to recovering your funds.

I have made three sales and I have not received my requested transfer for two weeks.

I don't know if I will continue to sell with you. I am sending you messages about my transfer. Nobody answers me!

I bought an item 2 weeks ago, the seller still hasn't shipped my item yet. I already put an error report, but the seller got 4 more days to ship the item. Today was her last day, I want my money back asap because the item was a lot of money and it's clear now that the seller is fake.

I am sorry to have to write this negative review, it seemed that, with the insolvency problem solved, the site had started to work well again. I actually sold several items and received payment on time until December when the buyer confirmed receipt of the item on 21 December and since then my payment has still not been released (B-35456). Furthermore, in order to also be able to sell on the Austrian site, I had asked for my Belgian IBANs to be entered into my accounts (only German IBANs can be entered personally) . On 19 December Julia from customer service assured me that she would do this, but instead she has not even answered my e-mails. In order to collect payment for a previous sale, I had to enter a friend's German IBAN. Now I'm wondering how much longer I have to wait before I can collect my 1760€ and above all whether I can still trust them to sell on this site.

I have been very patient with this company as they try to become solvent again. I sold items on their site months ago for which I have been trying to receive my commission. So when I (and other sellers) finally received an email from them on October 13 that all payments would be in sellers' accounts the next day (guaranteed) I thought Maedchen Flohmarkt had redeemed themselves....however my relief was premature. They sold my authentic Gucci bag back in June for which I am still owed a commission of 167,98€. I immediately sent an email to them regarding this but have heard absolutely nothing back. So, here we go again. They sold my bag...kept the money and here I am...all these months with no bag, no commission and no response from them. Unacceptable!

Warning!!!!! Most unprofessional company ever. Was promised a refund, no money no answers. They are breaking EU law. I will file an official claim. Absurd, worst experience, do not purchase!!!

Please don't fool people. I got one automatic response after a while to shows Trustpilot they answer people,but they don't. I already provided my information several times, nobody go tback to me

I was really happy seller and buyer in 2021 and 2022, My last payment is from February 2023 in value around 200€ and I still havent received anything.
They are not reacting for my emails, messages on Instagram
If anybody has their office address I would like to send them post too.

I applied for withdrawal on April 7, but have not received any money so far. Can't live on air and love, we all know that! But the payment to the seller should also be paid and should not be in arrears.
I don't need your air and love , Just pay my €1,535.49.
The email has been sent for two weeks, and the customer service seems to be missing.
With so many bad reviews, credit is so worthless.

You should not stand idly by as one of the people affected. You can get advice from a lawyer or a consumer advice centre. Please file a claim, withdraw your money and enforce your rights as soon as possible.

I have decided to write this message in English, so all international users can understand it. I can‘t find words to describe how bad the customer service is, basically it does not exist at all.
I have been trying to get my money back for two sales since February 2023. Even though, I have written plenty of emails and also reviews with detailed description of the invoices and payments, which are missing -Mädchenflohmarkt has done absolutely nothing! It is a scam! Please do not sell anything there because you will never receive you money back.

I sold a pair of Prada glasses that I am still waiting for my payment. The invoice number is MF6197195RE. Customer service never replies emails.

I sold an item in December 2022 and have not received my money for over 2 months now. They don't reply and only sent the obvious template. They just kept my money! Then in Jan 2023 I sold another item. Guess what? Of course I still haven't received my money. Please be aware of this platform. They will keep your money and you won't hear anything from them other than stupid template which says literally nothing. They won't give you your money and will just fool you around!

i still waiting payment too , payment was reqasted 2023.01.04 still no pay out, I will apply again to consumer rights, as I once did, then I received payments for half a year...

I haven't received my payments since December, too! I receive no feedback. Is this something Police should start to treat????
