macodirect Reviews 

I had a question about shipping which I sent to the customer service a week ago, and Macodirect continues what they are doing, not replying to any questions at all!
Answering questions from their site or by mail stopped in 2017, so did my shopping with them.

I sent for 400 Glasine bags but they are open on the wrong side. The picture shows several bags, 1 bigger with the narrow side open/ color picture and a smaller with a black and white picture with the longer side open
One should think the product shown in big and color is the one sold and the smaller in black and white to show another option
Description does not tell the option

I sent an email a week ago and received an auto reply telling me that their response time is 24 hours or less
I waited a full week, the emailed them again

They DO NOT even sell the glasine bags in this size with the narrow end open😡
So why show the picture

I can send them back and get a credit note
Will now have to write again to see if they are polite enough to pay for return postage

More time wasted

Product received in Italy quickly.
I will definitely make other purchases.

I ordered and paid for films on the 24th of August to be delivered to Armenia by DHL, We are the 10th of October and nothing here yet and nobody seems to care. I would not recommend at all if you need some photos equipment for a job !

I haven’t receive my order and they tried to find a solution with me until ig was time to refund me. Then no more answer and not refund. If you don’t receive your order they won’t pay you back!
