High Postage Cost and Long Delivery
I recently placed an order for an extension lance for my garden sprayer, for which the postage cost was £14.95. I thought this was high and the item took over two weeks to arrive, hence the reduction of one star. I see on the package that the product was made in France, which might explain the postage and delivery time. Having said that, the item arrived in good condition and the quality of the product is excellent.

My Tool Shed had the best price I could find, for the Bosch Hedge Trimmer and when I ordered on a Friday lunch time they said delivery Monday. So I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered early on Saturday morning. On top of that Bosch have a free battery offer which I have qualified for.

I was able to buy a number of useful items, difficult to source elsewhere .... this included spares for Spears & Jackson pressurised water sprayer, handy multicoloured permanent markers, broad double sided tape & slug barrier tape at competitive prices. Great service .... I was kept well informed & given the chance of a refund on one late item. Will definitely use this website in future.

I ordered a lawnmower on 08/05/25 and had I not had an appointment, it would have been delivered the following day, but I opted for delivery on the following Tuesday.
Ordering was straightforward and the price was very reasonable, compared with other sites.
The description of the item was clear and it arrived in excellent condition. I would definitely use My Toolshed again.
