Great customer service! Also I love the mats and so does my dog!

Bought an XL and a small Muddy Mad dog bed for my cat & dog! They live them & so do I!

Purchased the stair runners but I did not have a lot of hope they would work and not move to be a danger. Well they are perfect. They stay down, are machine washable, do not move at all with five Portuguese Water Dogs running around. And I love the cushiony feeling under my feet. Best purchase.

WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ON A PROMOTION, RESPONSE WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING MY NEW MUDDY MAT PURCHASES.

I ordered the muddy mats for my cats. The order arrived quickly! The mats were exactly as I ordered, and the color chosen was perfect.
I placed them outside their litter boxes and quickly realized that cats and nice things do not go hand in hand.
I will not be able to use them as the cats tear them up as soon as they leave the box. The mats caught the litter, but I'll be better off with large restaurant kitchen-like mats I can vacuum daily.

These rugs do exactly as they are advertised. I have a dog and a cat that both go in and out and my floors are considerably cleaner. I also just put one under my litter box. This is a great product.

I bought a smaller white money mat about 3 months ago to put in front of my 2 cats' litter box, and it works WONDERFULLY! All I have to do is shake it out once a week, and the litter pops right out! I haven't even had to wash it yet, and mind you, it is a white rug! The mat came rolled up, and as soon as you open it, the first thing you notice is that there is no smell to it! No smell whatsoever! When you unroll it and lay it down, it lays flat. All you have to do is smooth your hand over the little nubby material on top and it sorts itself out beautifully. It stays put where you put it, despite my cats doing the zoomies occasionally. I highly recommend this rug to put in front of your cat's litter box!

I love, love, love the muddy mat rugs. I did love the giant bed I got for my 80 lb pup. But the back disintegrated within 6 months. You did replace it for me, free of charge! BUT - the new bed has no inner liner, and the stuffing is pretty thin, and there is NO WAY to wash it. There is NO opening to take out the insides. I am sad. I can't recommend it anymore.

I really love them. I have cats and they just think they're so very comfortable. But they really do work as advertised. I use one under their water dish. Keeps the floor dry.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would Outstanding product must if you have pets and kids - it really helps keep things a lot cleaner! Highly recommend!

On July 20, 2026 I placed my second order with Muddy Mat, the first time was great we love them. However, it's nearly September 1st and we have not received the second order, we have not received an answer back on any of the e-mails sent to customer service. The tracking report shows the rugs undeliverable in New Jersey, we are in Texas The address on the invoice is correct, they sure kept my money, but I never got my rugs. I now feel like I'm actually $100 no money, no rugs, no response, no nothing. I don't recommend you order the rugs at all.

Absolutely love Muddy Mat! Such an awesome selection of colors. You can find a color for any room in your house. I have them at all three of my outside doors AND my bathrooms. So glad I found these. Absolutely soft, great, absorbent rugs & doggy dryer. My fur babies don’t mind being dried off now. HIGHLY recommended. Worth every reasonable penny!

I ordered 2 Cloud K9 beds for my pups. They love how their new bed surrounds them. I am pleased with how easy it is to shake out the beds daily and then have a removable cover that can be washed easily. Finally a quality dog bed that will last. Customer service is awesome also. I had to contact them with a question on a Sunday and I got an almost immediate response. Thank you!!

I've ordered several Muddy Mats over the years. I just received another order yesterday, but the package had clearly been torn up and re-taped during shipment and I could tell it wasn't large enough to hold all three mats I ordered. Sure enough, when I opened it up, one of the large grey mats I ordered was missing. I emailed their Customer Support with photos and a brief description and within a matter of a few hours, they'd submitted an order to replace my missing mat, no questions asked, and sent me a message to let me know. You can't beat the customer service and the mats are as wonderful as advertised. When my replacement arrives, I'll have 7!

Muddy Mats are the best ever!!! I have one at my side door, 1 at my sink area, 1 at the shower exit, 2 underneath 2 litter boxes & just bought 1 for underneath the cats feeding station.

I bought three muddy mats for my three entrances. Haven't had wet dog prints on my floors since, lol. Then I bought two pet beds. One small and one large. My dogs love them! I recommend the rugs and the pet beds 100%

The "Muddy Mat" works just like I was told. I have 3 and want to order 2 more. I started with one on the porch. Now, I have 2 on the porch and one in the house. My Black Lab is old and tends to slide on my hardwood floors. I'm going to add 2 more inside to make his time safer.
