What are the My Best Buy membership benefits?
Best Buy offers three My Best Buy membership levels. The standard My Best Buy membership is free and includes benefits such as free standard shipping on qualifying orders and access to personalized offers.
My Best Buy Plus costs $29.99 per year. Benefits include 1% back in rewards on eligible Best Buy purchases, free two-day shipping on qualifying products, exclusive member prices and offers, access to selected sales and events, and a 60-day return window on most products.
My Best Buy Total costs $199.99 per year and includes Plus benefits alongside additional features such as eligible product protection plans, including AppleCare+, 24/7 tech support, selected in-store and remote services, priority support and 20% off eligible repairs.
Can you use Best Buy promo codes on open-box products?
It depends on the specific Best Buy coupon. Promotional terms vary, and open-box, clearance and refurbished products may be excluded from some offers.

What is the Best Buy return policy?
Best Buy allows most products to be returned or exchanged within 15 days. My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members receive a 60-day return window on most eligible products.
Activatable devices such as cell phones, cellular tablets, mobile hotspots and cellular wearables generally have a 14-day return period, although specific carrier and product rules can differ.
Restocking fees can apply to selected products. Activatable devices can carry a $45 restocking fee, while products including drones, digital cameras, camera lenses and projectors can carry a 15% fee. Best Buy states that restocking fees do not apply when the qualifying product is unopened, subject to its full terms and state-specific rules.
