LG does not currently offer a sitewide first-order discount across every product. New MyLG members can currently get 20% off their first purchase of selected LG parts and accessories.
The welcome offer does not mean 20% off a first TV, refrigerator or other LG product. Check LG's current parts and accessories offer before ordering to confirm which products qualify.
Can you use LG promo codes on TVs and appliances?
Some LG promo codes can be used on TVs, monitors, refrigerators, washers, dryers and other appliances, but eligibility depends on the individual offer. A code may be limited to selected models, product categories or minimum order values.

Does LG offer free shipping?
Many products bought directly from LG.com include free delivery. LG currently provides free standard delivery for TVs under 55 inches, monitors and other eligible electronics, while major appliances include free Room of Choice delivery.

What is MyLG Rewards?
MyLG Rewards is LG's free rewards program. Members can earn points from eligible purchases and other qualifying activities, then redeem those points toward future eligible LG.com purchases.
Every 100 MyLG Rewards points is currently worth $1 toward an eligible purchase. Earning rates and member-only offers can vary, so check the MyLG Rewards page for the latest terms and eligible products.
What is the LG return policy?
LG's return window depends on the product. Non-refurbished vacuums, laptops and StanbyME 2 products currently have a 30-day return-request window after delivery, while most other products have a 14-day return-request window.
For many other non-damaged products, LG can also accept eligible returns from days 15 to 30 with a 15% restocking fee. Refurbished and outlet-priced products have separate conditions, so check LG's current return policy for the rules that apply to your purchase.
How to use LG promo codes
- Choose an LG promo code from the offers above and check the terms to make sure your products qualify.
- Click 'Get Code' and copy the promo code when it appears.
- Follow the link to LG.com and add the eligible products you want to your cart.
- Continue to checkout and look for the 'Apply Promo Code' option near your order summary.
