𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 and it was a unique privilege to spend time at the boardroom facility at Infosys. The occasion was Analyst & Advisor Day 2026 hosted by Infosys Microsoft Practice, where I had the opportunity to share my POV on the latest developments in AI and our guidance for enterprises aspiring to become Frontier Organizations. 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 and looking at the featured wall of industry stalwarts who once served on the Infosys Board was inspiring, to say the least. There is something powerful about being in a space that has witnessed so many defining conversations and decisions over the years. 𝗠𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲. Bring clarity to the analysts and advisors in the room on the reality of AI today, the recommendations leaders should act on, and the path forward for enterprises navigating their AI transformation. It was also insightful to hear Rafee Tarafdar's perspective on AI and experience the solution showcase led by the Microsoft Practice. Yesterday I attended the Infosys Microsoft Practice Analyst and Advisor Day with some of my colleagues. And I believe these sessions are most impactful when they leave me not just with learnings but more questions to explore. Some interesting concepts from yesterday: 1. Instead of designing workplaces around hierarchy and people, workplaces in future will get designed around blocks of people, agents, tools, and applications working together. This will require significant changes to workplace operating models, are organizations ready for them? 2. The real differentiators when it comes to talent in very near future will be soft skills, as tech skills are becoming 'configurable'. Soft skills such as collaboration with AI, ability to reimagine workflows, continuous curiosity, navigating ethical dilemmas. But how can these soft skills be taught to talent? Or will organizations need to reconfigure how they select talent such as through deeper EQ tests? 3.Finally, to beat the employee change fatigue due to rapid AI advancement, changes will need to be intuitive. 💡 A thought experiment: would you let an AI agent quietly observe your working style for a week and suggest improvements such as how you can leverage AI tools to do a task better/faster? Would you let it nudge you in the moment? Reflecting on an Inspiring Analyst Day at Infosys Bengaluru I had the privilege of participating in an engaging "Infosys Microsoft Analyst and Advisor Day" hosted by the Microsoft Practice at Infosys, bringing together a distinguished group of globally recognized analyst firms, Infosys' customers, and industry stakeholders. The event showcased how Infosys is reimagining technology services in the era of AI, with a strong focus on transforming talent, modernizing capabilities, and delivering connected experiences for our clients. A highlight for me was joining a Fireside Chat hosted by Sachin Bery, alongside Madhusudhan Ravichandran and Roopashree Singh, where we discussed the evolution of capability building in today's AI-powered world.
