Our annual Oxy Night at the Park tradition brought employees and their families together in Houston, the Rockies and the Permian Basin for baseball, family fun and plenty of Oxy spirit. We were also proud to recognize our Oxy military veterans and thank them for their service to our country and communities. Thanks to everyone who joined us and made the night in all three locations memorable!

Learning is hitting the road across West Texas with the launch of Basin PBS's new Jolly Trolley, a mobile education van that showcases iconic PBS KIDS characters and is designed to bring free books, technology and hands-on learning experiences directly to children and families throughout the Permian Basin. "Programs like The Jolly Trolley help connect children and their families with resources that can spark curiosity and encourage lifelong learning," said Oxy's Claire Sirois, President and General Manager, Delaware Basin Texas. "Partnering with Basin PBS is a natural fit for Oxy, given our longstanding commitment to communities across West Texas, and we're excited to see this program reach communities throughout the Permian Basin." For 40 years, Basin PBS has supported children and families across West Texas through educational programming, literacy initiatives, educator resources and community events. The Jolly Trolley builds on that work by bringing trusted PBS KIDS resources directly to families where they live, learn and play. With The Jolly Trolley officially on the road, more children across the Permian Basin will have opportunities to explore, create and discover one stop at a time.
