اختتمت أوكيو للمصافي والصناعات البترولية بنجاح أعمال المؤتمر الثالث للاعتمادية وإدارة الأصول، تحت شعار: "إستراتيجيات ذكية لتعزيز استدامة الصيانة والاعتمادية وإدارة الأصول المادية"، الذي جمع مجموعة متميزة من قادة القطاع والخبراء الفنيين في سلطنة عُمان ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. وأكد المؤتمر دور أوكيو الريادي في ترسيخ التميز التشغيلي، وتسريع التحول الرقمي، ودعم الأداء المستدام للأصول، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية عُمان 2040. نثمّن مساهمة جميع المتحدثين والمشاركين في إثراء النقاش وتعزيز التعاون وتبادل المعرفة. OQRPI successfully convened RAM 2026, held under the theme “Smart Strategies for Sustainable Maintenance, Reliability & Physical Asset Management”, bringing together industry leaders and technical experts to strengthen maintenance, reliability and physical asset management across Oman and the GCC. The conference reinforced our commitment to operational excellence, digital transformation and sustainable asset performance. بالتزامن مع الزيارة السامية لجلالة السُّلطان هيثم بن طارق، حفظه الله ورعاه، إلى جمهورية أنجولا، وقّعت أوكيو مذكرتي تعاون لتعزيز التعاون والاستثمار في قطاع الطاقة بين سلطنة عُمان وجمهورية أنجولا. وتضع المذكرة مع شركة النفط الوطنية الأنجولية “سونانجول” إطارًا لتقييم فرص التعاون في مجالات الاستكشاف والإنتاج، والغاز الطبيعي المسال، والاستفادة من موارد الغاز، والأسمدة، والبتروكيماويات، إلى جانب توريد وشراء المنتجات. وفي مجال الطاقة المتجددة، وقّعت أوكيو للطاقة البديلة مذكرة مع وزارة الطاقة والمياه في أنجولا للتقييم والمضي قدمًا في تطوير مشروع للطاقة المتجددة بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ نحو 500 ميجاواط، إلى جانب نظام لتخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات، وفق نموذج المنتج المستقل للطاقة. وتجسد المذكرتان حضور أوكيو في الأسواق الإفريقية وسعيها نحو بناء شراكات دولية جديدة واستكشاف فرص استثمارية ذات جدوى اقتصادية تحقق قيمة مستدامة على المدى الطويل. During the Royal Visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the Republic of Angola, OQ signed two memoranda of cooperation to strengthen energy cooperation and investment between Oman and Angola. The memorandum signed with Angola’s national oil company, Sonangol, establishes a framework to assess opportunities across exploration and production, LNG, gas monetisation, fertilisers, petrochemicals and the supply and purchase of commodities. In renewable energy, OQAE signed a memorandum with Angola’s Ministry of Energy and Water to evaluate and advance the development of a renewable energy project with a total capacity of approximately 500 MW, alongside a battery energy storage system under an Independent Power Producer model. The memoranda reflect OQ’s presence across African markets and its approach to building new international partnerships and assessing commercially viable investment opportunities that can create sustainable, long-term value. #ThisIsOQ

تنطلق فعاليات المؤتمر الثالث للاعتمادية وإدارة الأصول (RAM 2026)، تحت شعار: "إستراتيجيات ذكية لتعزيز استدامة الصيانة والاعتمادية وإدارة الأصول المادية"، بورشة عمل تمهيدية يقدمها رون مور في 14سبتمبر 2026. وتتواصل أعمال المؤتمر يومي 15و16 سبتمبر في فندق راديسون بلو صحار، بمشاركة خبراء ومتخصصين في مجالات الصيانة والاعتمادية وإدارة الأصول، لتبادل الخبرات والممارسات واستعراض الحلول التي تسهم في تعزيز الأداء واستدامة إدارة الأصول المادية. RAM 2026, held under the theme “Smart Strategies for Sustainable Maintenance, Reliability & Physical Asset Management”, begins on 14 September 2026 with a pre-conference workshop led by Ron Moore. The main conference will take place on 15 and 16 September at Radisson Blu Sohar, bringing together experts and professionals in maintenance, reliability and asset management to exchange industry knowledge and practices and explore solutions that support performance and sustainable management of physical assets. #ThisIsOQ

اختتمنا برنامج أوكيو الصيفي "روّاد الطاقة "، بمشاركة أكثر من 270 طفلًا على مدى أربعة أسابيع، ضمن برامج أوكيو للاستثمار الاجتماعي وبالشراكة مع مجموعة عُمران. ومن خلال تجارب عملية في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات وريادة الأعمال والاستدامة وغيرها، أتاح البرنامج للمشاركين اكتشاف قدراتهم وتنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم. وبالتعاون مع جمعية التدخل المبكر للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، شمل البرنامج تجارب تعليمية تتيح مشاركة الأطفال من مختلف القدرات. ومن خلال "روّاد الطاقة"، تستثمر أوكيو في تنمية قدرات الأجيال القادمة وإكسابهم المهارات والمعارف التي تعزز جاهزيتهم للمستقبل. OQ Energy Pioneers Summer Programme 2026 concluded after four weeks, engaging more than 270 children as part of OQ’s social investment programmes and in partnership with OMRAN Group. Through practical experiences spanning science, technology, engineering, mathematics, entrepreneurship, sustainability and more, the programme enabled participants to discover their potential and develop their skills and knowledge. In collaboration with the Association of Early Intervention for Children with Disability, the programme included learning experiences designed to enable participation by children of different abilities. Through Energy Pioneers, OQ invests in developing the capabilities of future generations and equipping them with the skills and knowledge for the future. #ThisIsOQ

The nine-year programme focuses on strengthening financial and operational performance, improving efficiency and competitiveness and building sustainable foundations for growth. The transformation has delivered tangible results, including approximately OMR 475 million in profit, reducing debt to OMR 800 million by the end of 2025 and increasing operational efficiency to 97%. In an interview on Al Wisal’s Muntada Al Wisal, Ali Al Sulaimi, Vice President of Business Planning at OQRPI, discusses key milestones in the transformation, the role of human capital and organisational culture in delivering its objectives and the company’s focus on higher-value specialised products, localising industries and attracting investment to Oman. برنامج #سردال يمنح 188 طالبًا وطالبة من المدارس الحكومية تجربة تمزج بين التعلّم النظري والتطبيق العملي، أتاحت لهم اكتشاف قدراتهم وتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية والحياتية، وعززت ثقتهم بأنفسهم، وأكسبتهم خبراتٍ ستبقى معهم وهم يخطون أولى خطواتهم نحو المستقبل. وجاء تنفيذ سردال - أحد برامج الاستثمار الاجتماعي لأوكيو - بالتعاون مع وزارة التعليم مُمثّلةً في مركز التوجيه المهني والإرشاد الطلابي، وبشراكة مع عُمان للإبحار، ليمنح الناشئة مساحةً للتعلُّم بالممارسة، وصقل مهاراتهم في بيئةٍ تفاعلية مكّنتهم من مواجهة تحدياتٍ واقعية، والعمل معًا على حل المشكلات، وتحويل المعرفة إلى حلولٍ عملية. ويعكس البرنامج التزام أوكيو بالاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، من خلال تجارب شجعت الطلبة على المبادرة، وأعدّتهم لتحمل المسؤولية، واغتنام الفرص، وتأهيلهم ليكونوا صُنّاع أثر إيجابي في مستقبل الوطن. Through #Serdal, 188 students from government schools combined theoretical learning with practical experience enabling them to discover their potential, develop leadership and life skills build confidence and gain experience that will support them as they prepare for the future. One of OQ’s social investment programmes, Serdal was delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, represented by the Career Guidance and Student Counselling Centre, and Oman Sail. Through hands-on learning, students tackled real-world challenges, worked together to solve problems and applied their knowledge in practice. Serdal reflects OQ’s commitment to investing in human capital through experience that encourage young people to take initiative, embrace responsibility and seize opportunities, equipping them with the skills and confidence to contribute positively to Oman’s future. #ThisIsOQ
