My passion for LEGO started when I was a young kid, but being a part of a LEGO League team is one of my favorite memories. Today there are over 200,000 young participants in Lego League with 29,000 in teams in 80 Counties that participate in FIRST 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐎 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞. It was not an easy journey but it was a deeply transformative one. On our first day, the MBA module leader said: “After an MBA, you will not be the same person.” I did not fully grasp it then. I do now. This journey reshaped how I see the world giving me new lenses to understand business, people, decisions, and complexity itself. An MBA is not just knowledge. It is perspective. It trains you to connect dots, challenge assumptions, and think with clarity in uncertainty. It also connects you with curious, driven people who believe that growth is a lifelong pursuit. This was an investment of time, effort, and money but above all, an investment in mindset. And it was worth every step. Grateful to my family, instructors, colleagues, and everyone who supported me when it mattered most. Proud of the journey. Ready for what’s next.

Pleased to share highlights from my interview with @TheNationalNews at the Energy Markets Forum in Fujairah. Since 2016, SNOC’s exploration journey has delivered two major milestones: • Mahani Field (2020) – Sharjah’s first gas discovery in 3+ decades. • Hedebah Field (2024) – now onstream, boosting production by ~20%. We remain hopeful of more discoveries as drilling continues, while also expanding exploration beyond Sharjah—partnering with RAK Gas and evaluating opportunities across the UAE, Oman, Africa, and Asia.
