First gas has been achieved by Aker BP, marking the successful completion of the Skarv Satellites project.🏗️ What started with a contract award in December 2022 has become a strong demonstration of the power of collaboration. Together with Aker BP ASA and Subsea7, through the Subsea Alliance, we have delivered an integrated project that reflects the strength of shared expertise, simplified execution and close collaboration to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery. The Skarv Satellites development ties back the Alve Nord, Idun Nord, and Ørn gas discoveries to the Skarv FPSO. As the Subsea Alliance approaches a decade of collaboration, this project shows how integrated teams and standardized solutions can reduce development time, simplify execution and enable earlier production. We are already looking ahead to the next opportunities within the Alliance. Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in making this achievement possible. #SkarvSatellites

What a week at ONS 2026 in Stavanger. 🌊 With Courage as this year’s theme, the week gave us an opportunity to show how bold ideas can be turned into practical action. We unveiled the Subsea Ultrasonic Flowmeter—the first fiscal-grade single-phase ultrasonic flowmeter designed for subsea deployment. Together with HUB Ocean, we also highlighted OceanRise, showing how collaboration can help the offshore energy industry contribute to ocean protection. Both launches were rooted in collaboration: listening to customers and partners, understanding the problems they are trying to solve and bringing together the expertise needed to act. That is how we develop solutions that create lasting impact. OneSubsea has been awarded a contract by Azule Energy to supply controls umbilicals for the West Hub Tails project offshore Angola. The project will redirect production from the Sangos, Ochigufu, Mpungi and Vandumbu fields to the newly installed Agogo FPSO, helping extend field life and supporting a reduction in emissions intensity. Under the agreement, OneSubsea will design and deliver the additional controls umbilicals required to enable this transition. The award builds on our extensive history of umbilical deliveries to Azule Energy across the West Hub production centers and the wider Integrated West Hub development, including the Agogo and Ndungu tie-backs. “This award reflects the strength of our partnership with Azule Energy and our shared commitment to efficient field development, at a time when operators are increasingly focused on maximizing recovery,” said our vice president of Umbilical & Cable Systems, Maria Peralta. What if fiscal-grade measurement could move from topside facilities to the seabed? At ONS 2026, we introduced a technology designed to make that possible: the Subsea Ultrasonic Flowmeter, the first fiscal-grade ultrasonic flowmeter developed for subsea deployment. The launch comes as offshore developments are changing. Operators are increasingly looking to extend the value of existing infrastructure through longer tiebacks, shared pipelines, hub extensions and more connected subsea systems. As more fields connect to shared infrastructure, trusted allocation becomes critical. Built on proven Caldon ultrasonic technology and decades of subsea engineering experience, the Subsea Ultrasonic Flowmeter is designed to deliver fiscal-grade accuracy across natural gas and CO₂ applications. Its full-bore design also means zero pressure loss. By bringing fiscal-grade measurement closer to the source, the technology can help simplify field architecture, reduce topside footprint and support faster development—making new projects more economically viable. #SubseaInnovation

This year, we reflected on our experience at the Houston Pride Parade 2026 – one of the largest Pride celebrations in the United States.
