🦺 Safe execution starts long before your shift begins. ⚙️ As HSE Lead for the #WestCapella upgrade, Garland Wells supported the project from initial planning through execution and reactivation, working across project and rig management, vendors, and the shipyard. 🤝 For Garland, preparation starts with understanding the work and its risks, bringing the right people together, and building relationships that allow teams to communicate openly. As activity increased and new personnel joined the project, regular meetings, coaching, and around-the-clock HSE support helped keep everyone aligned with the same expectations. 📋 Throughout the upgrade, every task followed Seadrill’s PIMED process: Plan, Identify, Manage, Execute, and Debrief. ⚙️ The #WestCapella team has been recognized by PTTEP following the successful delivery of two deepwater wells as part of the Kikeh Phase 3B campaign in Malaysia. 🤝 The results were supported by close collaboration between Seadrill, PTTEP and MPM Wells Management, alongside the expertise of the West Capella rig crew.
