Happy 2026! 🎉 Before heading into the new year, I had the privilege of sharing with Adobe employees around the world our refreshed Adobe mission: Empowering everyone to create.
Leading this work alongside my team, many partners across the company and our senior leadership team was especially fulfilling because it was grounded in a simple (but important) idea: know your “why.” Because when you’re clear on why you’re here, it’s so much easier to show up in the world with transparency, integrity, and authenticity.
Empowering everyone to create is simple and expansive at the same time. It is the essence of who we are, what we stand for, the core of our DNA. It taps into our legacy while providing a clear vision of the way forward.

What has inspired me most was seeing how our teams across the globe have embraced this moment with pride and belief. Our evolved mission is both a
rallying cry and an invitation: to imagine boldly, to build with intention and
create the future, together.
