The tours and tour guides were wonderful. They were very informed and showed us the real Norway. We met and lunched with a local baker in her kitchen. We stopped at the battle site of two Viking kings and met with an expert regarding same. We met and lunched with a local vineyard owner for a wine tasting. Very personable experiences. The city guides for Oslo and Bergen were also very informative and gave us a good overview of each city. We had the right balance between touring and personal time, and city and rural experiences.

My recent trip through the Caucasus countries of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia was different from my visits to 59 other countries. In a word - intimate. Mass tourism has not reached the Caucasus yet. There are no list-topping sites to visit, so my Jacada Travel Designer Rosie crafted an itinerary that was a perfect blend of history, culture, scenery, architecture, local contact, and lifestyle. A genuine camaraderie quickly developed with my guides and drivers as we explored the surprisingly cosmopolitan capital cities on foot and roadtripped through the diverse countrysides. Memorable moments were both planned and serendipitous- lunch, laughs, and wine tasting with a local natural wine maker; witnessing a traditional baptism ceremony in a centuries-old church chanted in hauntingly beautiful Grabar (Liturgical Armenian); dinner with my guides and drivers joined by a Georgian polyphonic singers group; an impromptu visit to a local farmers market; visiting a master qvevri artisan; and some hands-on baking lessons. I found the people of the Caucasus to be unfailingly warm and hospitable. Altogether a most unforgettable travel experience.

Probably the best trip we have ever taken thanks to the planning of David and Robynne and the ground crew in Kenya. The trip to Mongolia was exceptionally well executed with both cultural and exploration experiences. Cultural and museum visits in Ulaanbaatar were very well coordinated and explained. The trip west to the Altai mountain region provided beautiful scenery and visits to locals who demonstrated their heritage. The trip to the Gobi again provided stunning scenery and cultural visits with camel rides and visit to a local Naadam festival. Visits to an archeological museum in UB and to the Flaming Cliffs where dinosaur fossils were found was informative. The guide, Baagii, was one of the best we have had in many travels.
Highly recommend! Henri and Meri took the time to understand what we wanted from our trip to the South of France, and then exceeded it at every turn. I came to them with a tight timeframe and zero bandwidth for logistics, and they never once made it feel like a scramble. They made it look easy!

Our Kenya safari was truly the trip of a lifetime! From the moment we began planning until the day we returned home, every detail was flawlessly coordinated by Sarah and Bea. Both Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp and Ol Seki Hemingways Mara were exceptional. Each offered its own unique charm, stunning accommodations, incredible hospitality, spectacular views, and outstanding cuisine. Our bush drivers and guides were simply phenomenal. Their knowledge of the wildlife, remarkable tracking skills, and passion for conservation made every game drive exciting and educational. Thanks to their expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five, along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, countless elephants, and an incredible variety of birds and other wildlife. From the very beginning, our travel designer, Ellie, created an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our family. Traveling to Africa can feel intimidating, especially with a 6-year-old, but she made every detail seamless. Once we arrived in Kenya, Robynne, our incredible on-the-ground support, ensured everything continued flawlessly. We never had to worry about a thing.
Every accommodation was pure luxury, thoughtfully chosen, and perfectly paced for our family. Each lodge had its own personality and offered a unique way to experience Kenya’s breathtaking landscapes, wildlife, and rich culture.
Our three safari guides were exceptional. We always felt safe, cared for, and genuinely looked after. The open-air safari vehicles made every game drive unforgettable. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, the Samburu Five, and even the Ugly Five—a dream come true!
And the food… absolutely incredible. By the end of the trip I was actually asking for child-sized portions because every meal was so generous and delicious.
Most of all, Africa changed us. It awakened something inside our family that we didn’t even know was there. The beauty, the people, the wildlife, and the pace of life left a lasting mark on our hearts.
In fact, we’re already planning our return—this time to Southern Africa in about a year and a half—and there was never any question that we’d book with Jacada again.

We just had a fantastic trip to France and Italy…for us, having someone who is very knowledgeable about the hotels and has access to memorable activities are super important…Jacada does that consistently. This was our fourth trip using Jacada and we will use them again.

Our travel advisor, Charlie Morris, listened to what types of interests and kinds of experiences we were interested in. She spent a good deal of time to ensure that the final itinerary was what we had in mind. As well, our concierge Rahma ensured that our dinner and activity reservations were as requested, and, being flexible with the timing of our activities.
Our 19-day trip through Singapore and Thailand was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had, and Jacada was the reason why.
Their expert travel advisors balanced their suggestions with everything we really cared about seeing. They somehow managed to fit it all into an itinerary that never felt rushed. Every transfer, tour, and hotel was perfectly planned, with realistic travel times built in so we could actually enjoy each destination instead of constantly feeling like we were racing from place to place.
There was always a driver waiting for us exactly when expected. The vehicles were spacious, comfortable, and were pumping with air conditioning. We were constantly given cold bottled water whenever we got back into the car.
One of the biggest benefits was the quality of the local guides Jacada selected. Rather than assigning someone for a few hours, many of our guides stayed with us over multiple days, allowing us to build relationships with them and gain a much deeper understanding of the places we visited. Every guide was knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about sharing their knowledge and providing the best experience. They also took a ton of amazing photos for us.

Jacada has outdone themsleves again - we gad an absolutely amazing adventure to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Jacada prepared a private tour of one week in Australia and two weeks in New Zealand in May 2026. Jacada booked our accommodation in 5 * lodges and hotels, and we had asked for drivers to get us around rather than driving ourselves. The experience was magical - all the arrangements worked perfectly and Jacada and their agents provided us with excellent support and service. The accommodations were wonderful, well chosen, and in great locations - (Capella Hotel in Sydney, Silky Oaks in Queensland, Britomart on Auckland, Huka Lodge near Lake Taupo, NZ North island, Roki Collection in Queenstown NZ, Lakestone Lodge in the NZ Alps, and Otahuna Lodge in Christchurch). Expert guides provided us with engaging accounts of the various locations we had chosen (Blue Mountains to the West of Sydney, Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Lake Taupo, Southern Alps and Milford Sound, the Southern Alps and Christchurch in New Zealand. For a comfortable and stress free tour of great locations in wonderful accommodations then we could not have asked for more!
