PU FILLER is a single-component, fully aliphatic polyurethane-based sealant, primarily used to seal EPODEX stone carpet. The PU FILLER closes the pores of the stone carpet, creating a completely waterproof and easy-to-clean surface. The PU FILLER is essential for wet areas, showers, and pools. Once fully cured, PU FILLER forms a transparent film on the stone carpet surface, enhancing its mechanical, chemical (e.g. resistance to limescale and chlorine), and thermal durability while ensuring complete waterproofing.

Instructions for Use

Ensure the substrate is load-bearing, clean, and free from any substances that may prevent proper adhesion.
Apply the material to the stone carpet using a spatula or similar tool.
Spread evenly and remove any excess material with a rubber squeegee, ensuring all gaps ("pores") between the stone aggregates are sealed. A single application is recommended. Processing time at 20°C: approx. 30min.
Allow the material to dry. Drying time at 25°C: 24h.
