Via Seating proudly adopted a section of the local Tahoe-Pyramid Trail as part of our commitment to caring for the environment. Although the program requires trail maintenance just three times a year, our team of dedicated volunteers goes above and beyond—gathering monthly to clean, maintain & care for the trail. Our first cleanup event took place in December 2021, and we’ve continued to show up ever since to help preserve this beautiful outdoor space for our community.

Via Seating proudly donated a collection of our legacy chairs to Earl Wooster High School, a local institution in our community. This initiative supports our ongoing commitment to promoting circularity by extending the life of high-quality products through reuse rather than disposal. By providing these chairs, we not only supported a local educational environment but also reinforced the importance of sustainable practices within our community. This donation reflects our belief that giving back can be both impactful and environmentally responsible—benefiting students while reducing waste.

In 2019, the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce launched an initiative to transform vacant lots across Chicago into vibrant “pop-up” parks in collaboration with local businesses. Partnering with our rep group, Sheridan Contract, Via Seating helped bring one of these spaces to life at the corner of Clark & Grace Street—just a block north of Wrigley Field. Together, we planted grass, flowers & trees and donated several Tahoe.h24 landscape furniture pieces to create a welcoming community space, lovingly named “Peace Park.”
