A social enterprise operating primarily within the mental health arena specialising in enterprise as a route to recovery,assisting businesses, individuals and public sector bodies such as health and care organisations in business creation and development.

This project is a joint venture between Pennine MHT, Stockport MBC and Bubble Enterprises who have created a joint venture. The café employs 5/6, has 20/30 volunteers, feeds over £70,000 per annum into the 'mental health recovery' supply chain and sources product from private companies who are from disadvantaged areas. It is a true 'lighthouse' project.

• Collaborated with GPs and stakeholders to design and procure health services for Stockport's population.
• Engaged with the community to ensure that health services meet local needs and expectations.
• Contributed to the development of mental health and community health services, enhancing overall care quality.
• Advocated for the inclusion of lived experiences in decision-making processes to improve service delivery.

The team has now been involved in setting up and operating four business incubators through which over 200 companies have been engaged with and over 3000 individuals have attended training courses delivered by Bubble team members.

VE-DRIVE (Virtual Enterprise - Digital Resource Integration, Visualisation & Exploitation) was a £1.28m, 2 year collaborative research and development project co-funded by the Technology Strategy Board and the project partners. There were 4 project partners led by JLR and including BAE, Holvis International and Theorem Solutions. The project was judged as the highest achieving CADI project by the Technology Strategy Board
