Ben Jones ha condiviso questo elementoBen Jones ha condiviso questo elementoWe recently attended the Richmond Events Communications Director’s Forum where we got the chance to speak to industry leaders about the issues they face in both their day-to-day job and planning their comms strategy. Our VP of Sales (UK), Louise Mendlesohn, spoke to a variety of comms directors from organisations including public sector organisations and blue chip enterprises and she found she was being asked some of the same questions which surfaced some challenges that are clearly quite prominent: 1. How can we demonstrate our ROI and showcase our team’s work 2. What should we be measuring outside of sentiment? 3. How can we find influencers covering all channels, not just journalists? 4. How can we bring PR and PA together in one tool? 5. How do we use social in our PR strategy? Vuelio can help answer all of these and more! Vuelio brings all your PR tools into one platform, our media database gives you access to over one million influencers, from journalists to YouTubers, and monitoring which goes beyond sentiment, measuring coverage frequency, engagement, impact and real-time tracking of how your story is developing across all media. Plus, with Canvas, you can create a stunning visual presentation of all your coverage which is easy to share. Bringing media and political tools together, Vuelio gives you access to our political database and political monitoring in one place. And if you want to understand how to use social as part of your PR strategy look no further than our sister brand, Pulsar Platform, experts on audience intelligence and social listening. Ben Jones ha condiviso questo elementoBen Jones ha condiviso questo elementoThe Saudi Arabian-backed £305m takeover of Newcastle United is a big event generating a lot of debate and passionate reaction right across the country as well as locally in the North East. This means big news which can be quantified with the National Newspapers, BBC Online, Reuters & Bloomberg in combination peaking with 79 stories the day after the takeover was formally approved. Depending on one's point of view this is potentially a bigger political story than it is a sports story. However, Parliament is currently in recess due to the recent Party Conferences so it will be interesting to see if the 10 day lag between takeover and the House returning next Monday does anything to dull the volume of debate there. For now we can look at which MPs and Lords have been the most vocal this last week on Twitter (2nd chart below). #nufctakeover #newcastleunited

Ben Jones ha aggiunto una reazioneBen Jones ha aggiunto una reazioneBig news for our co-founder Gary Lineker 👏 Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios has announced Lineker (working title), a new four-part docuseries telling the story of Gary’s remarkable 50-year career - from coming through at Leicester City, winning the Golden Boot with England at the 1986 World Cup and spells at Everton, Barcelona and Tottenham, to becoming one of Britain’s best-known broadcasters and, more recently, building Goalhanger into one of the UK’s leading independent media companies. The series will feature unseen personal material and candid interviews with Gary, alongside contributions from family, friends, former teammates and others who have been part of the journey. Ben Jones ha consigliato questo elementoBen Jones ha consigliato questo elementoHas Wimbledon been ruined by influencers? Social media has been full of complaints that the Wimbledon crowd is too full of people who are there for the clout and not the sport. (I went on Day 1, and we couldn't see the match point of Djokovic vs Wu because of a sea of phones recording it) Live sport is about being carried away by incredible moments. But those moments are spoiled if they're blocked by a thousand phones, or if you're in a crowd that isn't really in the moment. I think it's time for a conversation about banning phone recording on show courts. And in Premier League stadiums. And really anywhere a match is in progress. If you want to watch sport through a screen, stay home and stick it on the TV.

Ben Jones ha consigliato questo elementoBen Jones ha consigliato questo elementoOk this made me smile today. 😎 British Airways and Norwegian Air had a bet going into the England vs Norway match, whoever's country lost, that airline had to change their profile picture to the winner's logo. No caveats, no fine print, just a straight up wager between two competitors. England won. Norwegian kept their word and swapped their logo out, no complaints. Still can't believe they followed through with this.

A lot of interesting conversations at #NHSConfedExpo Day 2 in #Manchester, but a few themes kept popping up. Firstly, technology alone doesn't drive productivity. One panel shared an example of a Trust with over 10 years of EPR use that had grown significantly but wasn't necessarily more productive. The challenge isn't just digitising paper processes, it's using technology as an opportunity to redesign them. There was still plenty of discussion around "pilot fatigue". Rather than constantly reinventing the wheel, the focus should be on taking evidence from technologies that are already working elsewhere and understanding what local factors need to be considered before implementation. Several discussions also highlighted, rightly, that successful adoption depends as much on people as technology. The biggest gains come when organisations invest in training, redesign processes and give staff the confidence to work differently. As someone working in digital mental health, I was particularly interested in the session on outcomes in community mental health. It was great to hear a patient perspective on the panel and to see #NHSTalkingTherapies recognised as an example of what can be achieved through consistent, standardised outcome measurement. Outcomes shouldn't just be collected to satisfy reporting requirements; they should be used to guide treatment decisions, identify gaps and demonstrate impact. One comment that I loved – ‘The next phase is not better dashboards alone – it is better evidence-based pathways, that are digitally enabled and outcome aware’ – to me described the PCMIS Health Technologies evidence based approach to developing and implementing impactful digital clinical tools. One thing that surprised me was hearing that outcome level data to demonstrate patient improvement and service impact isn't always reaching board-level discussions. If we want truly data-driven services, that feels like an opportunity. The AI sessions were refreshingly grounded too – considering AI is the elephant in the room. The message wasn't "AI will solve everything". Instead, it was about finding focused tools that solve real problems, ensuring staff understand how to use them, and embedding AI skills, governance and training into the future workforce. The day finished with a message from the Secretary of State for Health & Social Care James Murray: "The task is to use reform to accelerate recovery' and 'tomorrow must come to the aid of today." The NHS doesn't need innovation for innovation's sake. It needs the confidence to scale what works, measure what matters and give staff the tools they need to deliver better care and outcomes – and in digital mental health technology PCMIS Health Technologies is guided by this principle. #NHSConfedExpo #DigitalHealth #MentalHealth #NHSInnovation #AIinHealthcare #ClinicalOutcomes #PCMIS #DigitalMentalHealth #PatientFirst #Innovation

🎉 We're thrilled to welcome Intouch with Health to our Partner Programme! If your organisation runs on Rio EPR, this one's for you. Intouch with Health now integrates directly with Rio and it's changing the way patients arrive and check in. Here's what that looks like in practice: ✅ Patients check themselves in via freestanding kiosks or their own smartphone, no queuing at reception required ✅ Check-in responses can automatically trigger alerts for patients with additional needs, so staff are prepared before the appointment even begins ✅ Attendance and arrival data feeds directly into your clinical and administrative systems, no manual entry, no gaps The result? Smoother patient flow, reduced front-desk pressure, and a more joined-up experience from the moment someone walks through the door. The Intouch Platform currently processes over 55 million outpatient appointments annually and now that power connects seamlessly with Rio EPR. 👉 Find out more about our Partner Programme: https://ow.ly/Yp5Y50ZHEbg #RioEPR #IntouchwithHealth #PartnerProgramme #DigitalHealth #NHSDigital #PatientExperience #HealthcareInnovation #HealthTech #PatientFlow #HealthSystems #HealthPartners
