Throughout Pride Month our colleagues and customers came together to celebrate Pride, champion inclusivity and create spaces where everyone feels valued, supported and able to be themselves. By showing up together, we helped create an environment that reflects our value of Know and Feel You Belong; a place where people can bring their whole selves to work and perform at their very best.   We are incredibly proud to share that we raised £32,897 for Switchboard - National LGBTQ+ Support Line this year🌈   Thank you to everyone who attended events, took part in competitions, donated, volunteered and showed their support. Every conversation, contribution, and act of allyship helped make a difference.

This month, we came together for our Head Office Townhall and Summer Social. A fantastic opportunity to bring colleagues from across departments together to connect, focus, celebrate and look ahead to the exciting priorities and opportunities for the coming quarter. Colleagues were able to complete our Ngagement Employee Survey and also receive personal portraits from Sketched By Siena   Through our 'Space to Shine' peer recognition programme, we also took the opportunity to celebrate colleagues who have gone above and beyond, consistently living our values and bringing what it means to work at Space NK to life.
