Since 2015, from day one, colleagues are given five days of paid time off to volunteer for causes they care about. However, they choose to donate their time, from skill-based support to manual labour, we actively encourage them to give back to the community. In the last three years, Sage Foundation contributed more than 455,560 volunteer hours and over $2.4 million to causes.
