Sam named a catch-22 every procurement leader will recognise: "If you don't have your stuff in order, it's very hard to show value." But the business won't give you the room to get organised until you show value. Sam's answer is to work on both at the same time, and to back every story you tell the business with data. Meet our Artefacts Agent 🛡️ Onboarding a new vendor takes longer than it used to. Technology demands tighter vetting. New regulation means more to check. And you're onboarding more suppliers than ever to keep the business moving. Most of what you need is already public. A vendor's SOC 2, DPA and privacy policy usually sit right there on their trust centre, and more and more vendors won't fill in a questionnaire at all. The evidence exists but onboarding still stalls. That’s where our Artefacts Agent comes in. Meet our Intake Review Agent 🔎 Most procurement delays don't start in procurement. They start with an request that's missing context, contradicts supporting documents, or skips the details Legal or Risk teams need to get moving. The Intake Review Agent works at that first step. It reads the source documents, helps the requester complete the form with the right details, and checks the finished submission for conflicts, gaps and mismatches. Better data going in equates to a smoother downstream process (and less time spent untangling problems that shouldn’t waste a procurement team’s time).
