Confirmed reservation, but no car available on arrival. Their solution: wait an hour and hope someone returns a car. No guarantee, and a long list of customers already waiting.

Staff were rude and simply said it wasn’t their problem. Apparently, a confirmed booking means absolutely nothing here.

Terrible attitude. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
