eSIM stopped working and I lost connection completely and there's no one to help out! A stupid chatbot that tells you customer support is closed and check working hours despite that it is already during the working hours!! So, you're left with the slowest customer ticket system on earth that takes days and weeks to settle an issue!!! This is just terrible!!
