Unpaid invoice for completed content placement

We completed two content placements for InVideo through their agency representative (Martin Playvoda) . The agreed work was completed, and the articles were published with links to InVideo's website.

The total value of the completed work was $1,000. The invoice was sent to the agency representative, who acknowledged receiving the live links and invoice and initially informed us that the payment had been forwarded to their finance team. We were later told there was a PayPal issue and were asked to allow additional time.

Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive the payment or a further response. As a result, we had to temporarily remove the links until the outstanding invoice is settled.

We contacted InVideo directly to make them aware of the unpaid invoice and asked for assistance in resolving the matter.

Our concern is not about the quality of the service—it is about payment for work that was completed and delivered. We hope InVideo takes this matter seriously and helps ensure that publishers and agencies are paid promptly for completed work.

Based on this experience, we cannot recommend working with InVideo until the outstanding payment issue is resolved.

Hi Mashum,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the frustration this has caused. Payment for completed, delivered work is something we take seriously, and we'd like to look into it properly.

To do that, could you please email us at support@invideo.io with a few details:

- The URLs of the articles where the invideo links were published (the live placement links).
- A copy of the invoice you raised, along with the date it was sent.
- The name and contact details of the agency representative you dealt with (you mentioned Martin Playvoda), and any correspondence confirming the arrangement.

Because placements like this are sometimes coordinated through third-party agencies or representatives, those details will let us trace exactly what was agreed and by whom, and route it to the right team. Please reference this Trustpilot review in your email so we can connect it up.

We appreciate you raising it directly rather than only here, and we'll follow up with you once we've had a chance to investigate.
