I canceled shortly after purchasing, within the cooling-off period stated in their terms. Rather than simply applying those terms, Max initially tried to separate the charges, retain the annual membership, and characterize the eventual refund as a major favor because of costs involving their partner law firm.

A straightforward cancellation became a prolonged argument over money for services that had barely begun and were not completed. The refund was the right outcome, but the process lacked empathy, clarity, and good customer service. A simple, professional resolution could have preserved me as a future client. Instead, I would not use SeedLegals again.
